Tens of thousands of South Carolina mobile homeowners manufactured before 1976 & renting the land it sits upon, can be legally evicted without cause if the Appellate court upholds the verdict of my eviction based solely upon the wording of the 30-day notice of the end of the term of their expired lease agreement.
Many, if not most renters of land in a mobile home park, have leases for one year, which likely have never been renewed from year to year, as the law states.
If my case is not dismissed, it will become 'case law', which can then be used by any greedy, unscrupulous landowner who wants to own your home to evict you and take possession of your home, whether there exists no cause or reason for the eviction.

I hope you’re all having a good day.
I am knocking at your hearts again to request for help for my laboratory expenses which are scheduled for next week (12/04/24). I’ve been having persistent lower back aches for 3 months already and I’ve been in and out of the local clinic here in our place, but the back ache did not seem to go away. I’ve done X-rays twice and urine tests but everything seemed to be normal. Doc said it might be because I sit all day so i tried to do walks daily, but to no avail.
Today, I went to a different clinic for second opinion and they noticed that there’s glucose in my pee. Doc said this could indicate diabetes and I needed further testing to confirm this, but also according to him, I need to do other tests like lumbosacral xray, etc. as diabetes don’t normally cause lower back aches.
So I am scheduled to do testing for HBA1C, FBS/RBS, BUN, Creatinine, Lipid Profile, Cholesterol, Triglyceride, SGPT, SGOT, Lumbosacral Xray on Dec 4. I asked the cashier about the cost of each test and it totals to 4170 PHP and it’s too much for me as a college student in a third world country. I’ve already spent too much for the tests and check up fee that I’ve had today.
There are other things that I need to spend money on as a student such as internet, thesis expenses, transportation, food, etc., and I’m tight on budget right now so I am requesting for your help to please cover my expenses for laboratory. I think I can afford to spend at most 700 PHP on this, so if it’s not too much for y’all I request assistance for the rest of 3470 PHP. Thank you all very much!

I see a lot of comparisons to Lost and Dark on here but if this show is like anything, I think it'll end up more like Stephen King’s IT.
I think the town literally is the entity or it's inhabited by the entity (like the spider in IT). The man in yellow is the equivalent of Pennywise. The town does seem to feed off fear in a way, and generlly gets a kick out of sadism. The initial sacrifice of the children must have been a necessity though. Was this a one-time-only event or are further sacrifices needed like with the 27 cycle in Derry (IT). There's no suggestion so far that any more sacrifices are necessary, so the kids being sacrificed/trapped seems to be enough nourishment for this entity.
Obviously the spider similarity with IT is very clear. We know there were little spiders that bit Boyd. And presumably there is a bigger spider because we've seen the webs in the forest and depictions in the cave drawings.
To escape the town it's suggested that you need to “save the children trapped in the tower”. Either this means go back in the story to prevent it from happening, or release their trapped souls somehow. I'd guess the latter, since it seems that people's souls or energies can linger (float?) in this place like Jade suggested. It's been shown through interactions with dead characters like Father Katri and the barman.
The lingering problem I have with this theory is the boy in white. Who is he? My working theory is that it's perhaps similar to Dark. The boy in white is a younger version of the man on yellow. It looks like they're very deliberately showing the boy in white ageing, rather than it just being a case of the boy getting older in real life. They could have replaced the boy in white with another young actor and I don't think anyone would have really been bothered or noticed. Perhaps the boy in white is at a stage of innocence and something corrupts him into the man in yellow. Time doesn't quite seem linear here so it's possible. It's either that or there are two forces at work, good and evil, white and yellow. Or the boy in white is another, earlier deceased inhabitant that's soul is trying to stop this cycle.

Hey y’all. Seeking advice on my cord stash. Long story short, I had a macrame small-business, now my hands don’t work properly, and I have so much cord.
All of my 4mm single strand cotton cord is from Ganxxet. I have probably 75+ colors, most are 1640 ft and some are 720 ft. Maybe half are partially used but more than 50% of each roll remains.
It needs a new home and I need some money back, if possible. It’s several thousands of dollars that I can’t recoup. But, shipping it is heavy and expensive and impractical. No local makers near me need cord.
I thought about reaching out to Ganxxet but I doubt they’d be able to do anything. Maybe selling it in cakes on Etsy? That seems pretty laborious and might take quite a while.
Looking for ideas or suggestions! Please help because looking at it is depressing :/
