So for context I’m bi and I’m on the smaller side at around 4 inches but whenever I come across a man who’s bigger I always get hit with like this wave of submissive thoughts and all the things that come along with that. Hi everyone,
I’ve been exploring career opportunities with the United Nations and noticed that a lot of advice out there suggests reaching out to current UN staff on LinkedIn to network or ask for advice. But does this really work?
I mean, do people actually cold message random staff members to appeal for positions or ask about the application process? If so, what’s the success rate like? I’d imagine most UN professionals get bombarded with such messages, so does it just get ignored?
For those who’ve done it (or received such messages), do you think it’s worth trying? And if it is, what’s the best way to approach it without coming off as pushy or desperate?
Would love to hear your thoughts or any success (or fail) stories!

However, the other day when I came to feed the rats, I saw that he had bitten each one hard (more than 10 bites) and two other rats were afraid of him. Now I have moved the aggressor to another cell and I do not know what to do, and keep them separate now, or maybe castration will help relieve aggression, although they are all 1.5 years old and I fear that he may not survive the operation. 2024.11.27 14:22 Floyd_Pink Was in the UK for 5 days. Since getting home I've gotten so many scam calls! How? Why?
As the question states: I was in the UK last week to attend a funeral. Used my phone (non-UK SIM card/number) several times to call various friends and family.
Since I got back home 2 days ago, it's been almost non-stop with the Bitcoin wallet scam phone calls. How has this happened? Is this what it's like for people who live in the UK permanently? How did they get my number, and more importantly, how the hell can I block them all again?
On the plus side, I have so much bitcoin headed my way as soon as I pay the small large service charge.

F, 38, caucasian and living in northern hemisphere. For a third year already in a row in late autumn I get same symptoms starting all at the same time. Whole winter they come and go. And in spring resolve completely.
+Rash always on same spot- super itchy 7-9 cm diameter area on one triceps with 2-3mm bumps that look like chicken skin. After the 2-3 week itching episodes, bumps stay visible on skin year round but flatten out and do not itch.
+Nausea and loss of appetite.
+Belching all day long but without burning feeling or acidy taste in mouth.
+Dull pain in one spot upper right stomach.
+Fatigue and brainfog.
+Restless sleep.
+Sharp pain behind left shoulder blade close to spine in one spot.
Omeprazole helps stomach and Aciclovir soothes bumps and itching. I take blood pressure medicine for a year now. I have tried probiotics, magnesium, vitamin D, B vitamin package, Ashwaganda in a row but have not seen improvements and not taking supplements currently for a year.
I have already been to gastroenterologist, dermatologists but they have claimed there is no connection. Just allergy to colophony turned out on skin allergy test. Clinical blood tests are all fine.
Also I am really on the lower end of ferritin and have had iron deficiency anemia. At the moment that issue is resolved tho and mystery symptoms package has still arrived.
I am puzzled it might be a food allergy or some immune system condition.
Being hopeful someone has had something similar and got themselves finally diagnosed.
