Hey everyone,
I’m currently sitting on a 4-4 in Combined Science, and my goal is to push it to a 5 by January so I can move up to the Higher paper. I genuinely believe in myself—I managed to get an 8 in my English Literature mock, so I know I’m capable of achieving good grades because ive jumped by 3 grades in most of my subjects
The challenge is, I have ADHD, and focusing can be really tough for me. Traditional flashcards (front and back) don’t work well because my brain loses track, but I’ve heard about cloze Anki cards—should I give those a go?
Also, do you think I should try using mind maps instead of flashcards, and pair that with practice questions and some active recall? I’d love to hear what’s worked for you if you’ve struggled with similar challenges!

I’m not really one to post, but I’m hoping that this may help me.
My story with cannabis is similar to many here, started out in university with friends at parties, started buying my own, started smoking alone.
Following university I moved away from friends to start my career, ended up spending most evenings alone which led to using cannabis daily and playing video games/binge watching shows. Put on weight from binge eating, got depressed, anxiety got worse. Isolated myself more, increased my weed use.
It took a long time for me to recognize the problems weed was causing me, I kept thinking it helped and didn’t have side effects.
I’ve tried quitting many times in the last 15 years, always found me returning to weed to deal with what I now recognize as withdrawal symptoms. My longest sober stretch is 18 days, which ended with me thinking I could reward myself.
I’m so tired of the cycle. I want it to stop. I tried starting to quit last week, made it one day. Ended up on the floor looking for any lost nugs, scrapping resin. I gave my wife my remaining battery and two carts to keep away from me. I’m ashamed to admit I ended up searching the whole house trying to find it (with success). She doesn’t know.
I plan to throw it out tonight.
I’m afraid I’ll end up overwhelmed with shitty feelings, deciding that being on cannabis is better, and going to the cannabis store.
I’m so tired at the end of the work day and getting my kids down to sleep, my habit has been to cope with cannabis. Binge eating, shitty sleeps, waking up and feeling like garbage always follows. I know this, but the addiction is real.
I hope I can wake up tomorrow to being one day sober.

 | Hey all. So what I've done is chat (in person) to a different tattoo artist as I'm in a different city now. He said this looks pretty normal and suggested I get some over the counter antibiotics (which shouldn't be a thing that exists but anyway) So I have some antibiotics and was told to keep it dry for a day or 2. Should I be doing more? I can take myself to a 24hr clinic and chat to their urgent care. In 17 hrs I'll get to the airport for my 20hr trip home. Experimenting with Samsung Notes on my new S10U. I like some of the features and want to be able to see my notes on my other devices. I created a folder and enabled sync with OneNote. I can only see them online using a browser when I open Outlook and then top-right corner for "OneNote feed". I am trying to find this "feed" on all my other devices where I have OneNote installed and can't figure out where do these things go. Any help appreciated.
