¿alguien enserio piensa que en un país como guate esa es una buena idea?, cada año agarran a cientos de policías por diferentes delitos y esos son a los que ya no les pueden tapar los clavos, muchos polis son delincuentes con uniforme.
Solo para que se pongan a pensar un montón de monos semianalfabetas como policías + policías con permiso de disparar + alguien como Giammattei + un fiscal como Porras + protestas = masacre, matemáticas hijo, y al final creo que ese es el objetivo de la ley, al final dejan ambiguo que es el uso proporcional de la fuerza para que algún juez lo interprete a su antojo.
La defensa propia ya esta establecida en el código penal, que el sistema judicial sea una mierda y quiera meterte a la cárcel en lo que te declaran inocente es otra cosa.

 | So as you guys know, there is a problem with BO6 zombies. And that is artificial difficulty. So we all know about this, about special bosses like the mangler, the abominations, the amalgams being a “bullet sponges” as people are saying. Where at round 31 and above they take ammo for no reason despite the guns being pack level 3 with legendary rarity. And armored zombies also taking a lot of ammo. Now doughnut made a video addressing this and provided solutions to the problems of BO6 zombies. How after round 31 your gun barely does any damage even with legendary rarity and pack level 3. Heck a lot of people say that after round 31, their basic pack a punch level 3 gun with legendary rarity barely does anything. He also discuss how adding double tap as a solution won’t change anything, and provided solutions such as moving the health cap of zombies from round 55 to 40 or something like that. But yet here is this one perfect solution that can solve this whole issue that can be easily implemented. And that is adding a level 5 pack a punch. Here is my solution on how this works: So as you guys know, level pack 3 at round 31 even with legendary rarity barely does anything to zombies and “bullet sponges”. But my solution is that why not add a 5th pack a punch level to increase such damage that can be on par to the zombies health and special bosses at round 55 which is the health cap of zombies? My solution to basically add a 5th pack a punch level. So level 1 costs 5000 points, level 2 15000 points, and pack level 3 is 30000 points. Which increases the damage the more you pack a punch. Now my proposed level 4 pack a punch would cost 40000 points and the 5th one would cost 50000 points. Now I can guess that players will pack their gun to level 4 at round 40, and level 5 at round 50. So ta da, by adding a level 5 pack a punch, it can solve the artificial difficulty by buffing the pack a punch by adding a level 5 pack a punch level. Now I don’t wanna do the math on calculating the damage of level 4 or 5 pack a punch but I can tell that a level 5 pack a punch will balance out the artificial difficulty BO6 zombies have after round 31 up until round 55. Now imagine a level 5 pack a punch but with double tap, it can surely fix this artificial difficulty that doughnut video was explaining about. I have a 32 tank on ally DP and haven’t played him in some time. I was going to jump back in on warrior tank and wanted to see what people are saying about the new server VS staying in the old server. I legit only get to 60 and quit for the challenge of it (have a 60 lock on DP horde). Would I see more people in the next month or two on Anniversary or DP? I kind of hate how they split up the severs like that but it is what it is.
