Hi.
I’m 20 and female. When I was 17, I began hearing whispers at night especially and I could hear the tv or radio being on despite no one being awake watching tv at 2am. I also saw green aliens on my wall. I didn’t think much of it, I was also paranoid the Covid vaccine would kill me so i hesitated with getting it but unfortunately I was forced to when I was 17 and I believe my dna has been altered and that is why this is now happening.
I was diagnosed with depression at age 18 and didn’t care much about treatment. I was used to being sad. But then this summer something weird happened.
I was working in a stressful and toxic department which I’ve since escaped but those three months were hell. I started to feel the world was too bright, that nothing is real. That I don’t exist. That everyone is an impostor. Since then, I’ve started hearing those same whispers around me, not everyday, but quite often. I also see glimpses of shadows lurking around, following me. I also know that cameras are spying on me everywhere I go! And my food might be poisoned. Anyway, besides all this… I just hate hate hate not feeling real. Everything is too bright and the weather outside seems too dim and fake and time is acting weird and I can’t sleep at night. I get these random thoughts planted into my mind which I cannot escape so I can’t concentrate.
My psychiatrist did this test, it’s like 50 questions about hallucinations and delusions etc and we made it through half of them and she mentions the word psychosis but said she couldn’t diagnose me until next time when I do the test of the test.
I feel like a liar like I am faking. I don’t have psychosis. I just know stuff others don’t! And also, I don’t see demons or creatures, I rarely hear voices, so what is she plotting against me??
I feel ashamed since I’ve been there, I feel as if I’m lying for attention, but I just know that something is up!!! Help me out pls

Does anyone have articles, interviews, or behind the scenes materials related to the making of the Hallmark mini-series Titanic? There is precious little I can find besides surface level IMDB trivia.
Lack of information might be understandable considering that it was a quickly shot, cheap, cash in. But it would be interesting to know if any of the actors or crew ever talked about their experience.
