We are looking for a house in Burlington Ontario area. So far there is only one new construction condo house project with National homes at Plains Road East. I am a little skeptical about National Homes developers. I have read some horror stories of how they don’t deliver the house on time, how they deliver incomplete homes and sometimes there’s a leakage in the new house and sometimes the appliances take forever to be installed. But the resale houses are no less gambles. I am looking for advice on this situation. Shall we go ahead with the new construction or a resale or shall we wait for few months, keep looking and hope that more new construction start or keep looking for resale homes that are not older than 30 years

The Project will be led by Protean and will deliver a first of its kind flexible assembly line for power electronics systems used by IWM and other net-zero products. IWM generates power directly in a vehicle's wheels. By moving power to the wheel, drivers get improved torque response, enhanced handling, faster acceleration, less charging and greater range. William Dawes, Chief Executive of HyProMag stated: "We are very pleased to be part of this groundbreaking project and to work with a leading consortium in the field of electric vehicle innovation, validating HyProMag's HPMS technology and positioning the company at the forefront of rare earth magnet recycling technology development and commercialization."
