I'm thinking about driving her to college and home everyday but she lives so far. It'll take me 20 minutes to arrive at her crib and like 30 minutes to drop her at college. Thats alot of fuelđ
I wanna make myself useful to her and worship her, put her first in my life but it's so inconvenient.
Or maybe I'm just making excuses. Maybe I don't actually truly wanna make her life easier.

Am pretty much a dedicated hammock'r, but do want to have a tent on the occasion I am in an area or park that does not allow hammocks. But otherwise it would rarely be used, so really not looking to spend a bunch of $$$, but want something relatively lightweight.
Since I already have a Dutchware DCF Winter Tarp, and primarily would be used in Florida/SE, I thought instead of buying a separate tent I could just use my DCF tarp and some sort of bug bivy or bug tent. I see posts talking about this but all are using rectangular or hiker style tarps as part of a system it appears. Since I have a hex cut tarp, which is 74" on the bottom edge, it does lack the coverage of a typical rectangular tarp setup when used in a situation like this it woudl seem.
I looked at a couple "bug bivy's", like the Borah, the MLD, and the Katabatic, but tbh would probably much prefer a "bug tent" or sorts for more room such as the MSR Bug House. But all will be over 75" long of course. In nice weather it would not really be an issue, but in inclement weather not so much. Since I have a "winter tarp" thoug with doors, I suppose I could stake out those does in some way to increase coverage/protection especially if pitched lower to ground? I guess I am unfamilier with pitching a hex style tarp down "to the ground" and how much coverage the doors could add if staked out.

I've been playing this game a fair amount lately and I've really been blown away by the story and graphic design. I love it's whole focus of characters from various eras, time travel, secret agents, cryptids, supernatural powers, conspiracies, etc. I'm wondering if anyone knows any manga or novels similar to this game.
The closest thing I can think of is bungo stray dogs due to it having government agents with superpowers dealing with conspiracies and crimes. There's also a lot of historical references since all the major characters are based on real authors.

This past year there happened to be alot more weekly shows I was into than there have been in ages, tokyo vice s2, true detective s4 (which sucked, but i do enjoy stuff like that if its good), shogun, HoTD s2, penguin, from s3. I realised how much more I enjoy watching shows week to week than binging, what else is good right now or what should I be looking out for.

2024.11.27 15:49 elevated_sawdust HLR Claim Not Showing in App/Online
I filed a HLR on 11/2/24 for 2 issues I have been dealing with the claims process for roughly a year. Previous decisions are well within the 1 year window. My issue is that the claims do not show on the app or online when I check. I have called the 800 number to the VA benefits hotline. I was told the claim is pending and I was told they have 30 business days to, I forget the term used, initiate my claim. Just wondering if anyone has any insight to what is going on. Normal process? Just hurry up and wait? Checking the app daily to see if they have even acknowledged my claim is for sure adding up and I know it's an even longer road ahead. Just doesn't seem to be off to a good start.

Awaiting earnings, for pump or dump. I suspect that if earnings are good we could see a spike to 70c, if the company is profitable (I doubt it) we could see a spike past 90c.
