Made an order last night. The seller cancelled the order 5 mins after the Bitcoin transaction was complete. No message to me from seller explaining why. Luckily I noticed as I kept the tab open. I sent a message to refund Borg with the Roger number and my wallet address.
1) is that all i need to do?
2) how long does it usually take?

Good day everyone! I am posting for the first time but, learning so much on here as I go along.
Im attempting to utilize a drop down menu for the purpose of selecting a specific persons “Territory” at my job. Once the territory is selected from the drop down, I am attempting to populate columns based on the selected territory, from another Tab of Data.
iE: When the “territory” is selected from the drop down. A column with all the dealerships within that territory will show in a column off to the right of the drop down list.
Can anyone point me in the right direction for which lookup function or formula I can use to do this. Im looking to show all Dealership in a column visually listed.

 | Both of my beagles are fallen ill :(( first my almost 17yr old Peggy is battling a weird skin infection and the vet did a biopsy on her yesterday, so finally after weeks of treatment, we hope to receive a diagnosis. It can be fungus/bacterial infection, but lupus, adenitis or lymphoma as well, so I am pretty worried for her. (Peggy is doing otherwise really well, she is not bothered by the biopsy areas and other than a mild itching, she has no symptoms.) Now today my 7yr old started throwing up and couldn’t stop, now he is at the vet getting fluids and they are trying to work out what is the issue… I’ll go to the vet in an hour to get him hopefully (and get the IV thingy from Peggy’s leg from yesterday’s biopsy surgery). They were selling this on eBay for $50 for a year last month (see: https://www.reddit.com/NoContract/s/gZGjJb5qSW ), but they’ve taken down all their eBay stuff currently. Still available for $100/year or $10/month on their website - by comparison Tello (also a T-Mo MVNO) is $15/month for 10GB data-only (no annual option).
I just got to the end of my first month and so ran through the 10GB using speed test last night. Made it to 12GB before getting throttled to what looks like 512kbps, which is still relatively useable - I was afraid it would be a 256kbps or even 128kbps throttle (which would be truly unusable). I started my plan on October 28th and I’m still throttled as of this morning now (Nov 27th - October has 31 days though), so we’ll see when it resets, not sure if it’ll be tonight right when I activated, overnight, or what. I’ll post about that in the comments once it resets.
So far my verdict is that this is a very solid option for a data line in a dual sim or tablet setup, or if you have a dedicated hotspot. The various $10-$15 T-Mobile postpaid tablet lines are a better deal if you can get them, but for true prepaid lines this is probably about as got as it gets even at the $100/$10 price point. If they go on the $50 sale again, snap one up.

Hey all,
I am planning to run Blades in the Dark for my group of 5 players, but am tossing up between rule sets to use now that the new supplement is out. Although the rules are supposed to be modular, the play sheets given are not, and it’s easier to explain to players using them.
Which set is better for one new to running Blades in the Dark, for giving myself and the players the proper Blades experience?
