If, in a contract fr example, the text reads: "X has to finish the work by MM-DD-YYYY", does the "by" include the date or exclude it? In other words, will the work delivered on the specified date

2024.11.27 15:30 rat493 Canon f1 only shoots 30 shots per roll
I finished my first two rolls on my canon f1 but for some reason the camera would only shoot until the 30th shot and then stop winding like if it reached the end. I’ve only tried fujifilm c200 (36 exposures) on the camera. Am I loading the film wrong or is the camera starting to break? Other than that and the camera is fully working so it’s kind of annoying to be losing 6 shots per roll.

Well, those exams were brutal. I passed right under the wire on both. WGU has it setup where you take core 2, first. I passed core 2, first attempt. I just passed my second attempt at core 1 this morning. I feel so relieved. I have so much more confidence going forward and a better idea where I truly need to study more. Can’t really explain it, but I just walked outside and the smell of the fall air immediately reminded me of Final Fantasy.
Do any smells/ weather changes make you feel like playing a certain game series? If you’re enjoying the holiday weekend, what jrpg will you be playing?
I actually just started final Fantasy 6 for the first time and am, super stoked for this journey, especially after feeling the morning air.
