I'm not sure if this belongs in this subreddit but I'll try. The song "at last", by etta james s familiar to me. More than just familiar. I know the song. But, I know the song from a movie scene. There's a part in some movie where it starts playing the first 10 seconds or so where she just says "at last, my love has come around", then the soundtrack gets quieter and characters start talking. I know it's a bit of an older movie. I think it's goodfellas. However, extensive Google searches lead me to films I've never seen, so I know it's not from those (rain man). Official soundtrack sites mention nothing of this song for goodfellas. Chat gpt said it was in goodfellas in one of Hill's date scenes, but when I watched that scene on YouTube, it's a different song. Somebody please help me find where I know this song from

The only problem was that it was extremely difficult to makeāit took over 250,000 snails to make just one ounce of the dye.
Because of this, it was reserved for royalty.
Fast forward to today.
šøPurple is still expensive to dye.
But itās not because the colors are hard to come by, itās because of something called color matching.
If you buy a shirt made of silk satin and lace ā both fabrics need to be dyed to match exactly.
And, the color purple is notorious for being difficult to color match between fabrics.
This means there is a lot of waste in the manufacturing process, and tons of waste means a more expensive end product.

I know it's lighter than air, but at the same time when I put my hand there I literally feel a breeze sometimes coming in, because the piping inside the wall leads to a sort of chimney hole outside, so presumably some of it could get blown back inside the apartment. Hey guys,
Iāve been looking into picking up the Ploopy Adept but I had a few questions I was hoping to get some help with.
Currently using Slimblade pro. I donāt really have any major issues with it except for sometimes itās not as precise as I would like it to be. I love the twist to scroll and how simple it is to clean. Itās also pretty straightforward to program the buttons using Kensigntonās software, Iāve got a layout for left hand and right hand that I switch between each week.
Iād love to know the following:
- how much of a difference is the experience between the Adept and the Slimblade. Iāve read that that the Adept is super smooth but there are certain instances where the trackball kind of seizes up because of the positioning of the bearings. Seize up may not be the right description but is this true and how big of an issue is it
- I havenāt seen too much on the cleaning process for the bearings. In general, how often does the Adept need to be cleaned, I know itāll differ based on usage. Is the cleaning process difficult in any way. I clean my Slimblade twice a week, I just wipe the bearings with a microfibre cloth, takes a minute tops.
- I figure changing the button functionality will be bit more involved than the Slimblade. How big is the learning curve. I havenāt found any videos online about this but will I be able to do things like button cording? For instance when I press the 2 bottom buttons on my Slimblade it will launch Mission Control for me. Iām assuming I can do the same on the Adept?

I'm just going a bit mad with the frequent sweats waking me up. It's over and over again all night š„
I've tried clonidine and Vezoah (both killed my stomach as I have gastritis). I can't take HRT or any supplements that are phytoestrogenic which most of them are. I'm in late perimenopause (I'm 49) haven't had a period in 5 months and don't expect one with this amount of symptoms. When I counted, I was having 25-30 sweats a day. I think it's more now. I'm trying to rest at night at least but I feel terrible. I'm recovering from a couple of health things as well and the lack of sleep is making that more difficult. Is there anything I can do?
