Gas Appliance line through cabinet wall Our gas fireplace is in custom cabinet attached to the wall. The gas line comes through the floor and has a shutoff valve. The valve is accessible in the cabinet using a door. The appliance gas line passes through the cabinet wall and goes into the manufactured fireplace. We were told that that line cannot go through this cabinet side. We are in California. Natural Gas
The solutions could be to: 1) move the gas line (in the crawl space coming up closer to the fireplace location/ inside the fireplace?) 2) use a different sort of line connecting between the valve and the appliance - like a CSST?
The fireplace is a valor H5 Series (1130FFK Fixed Framing Kit)

Reading some questions on Quora where they go into interesting conversations that said science is based on conditional thinking, and everyone believes in counterfactuals all the time without direct proof. If I had not taken the umbrella, I would've got wet as it started raining.
The link with free will is obvious: if this is true, it would imply that we are justified in believing we could select vanilla over chocolate earlier - even though obviously that cannot be proved.

Hey XPS people,
I recently acquired a batch of higher-end XPS 15s (mostly 9570 i7/1050 Ti configuration) in various states of disrepair from my company along with a bunch of other hardware that was getting decommissioned. I can never turn down a side project, so over a month of evenings I managed to isolate the problems on each and I've ended up with three or four fully working machines which I now basically don't know what to do with.
I'd like to sell these machines at a price that's fair to me but also a "friendly" price to the buyer; I don't have huge investment in the first place and I'd rather just make some people happy with good deals around the holidays than spend time fretting about whether or not I'm getting the most money I possibly could for them.
Could you all help me get an idea of what fair pricing would be for the following SKUs?

Do any women out there also stress out about work after motherhood? I’ve always wanted to be a stay at home mom and honestly am not super passionate about my job, but it doesn’t seem possible or like it’s a smart choice.
I don’t want to stop working and then mess up my career and ability to make money in the future. But also working a corporate job when someone else raises my kids (we want multiple) feels weird too. Especially since my current job is in the tech field and doesn’t feel stable with so many layoffs. So, I was thinking I’d keep working from home and have kids and see how it goes, but now I’m worried I’ll be pregnant or a new mom and will get laid off and either not be able to find anything, find another unstable job in the tech field, or have to go back to school.
And then that brings me to think about how going back to school would be so much harder with kids than pre-kids and maybe I should do it now. I definitely don’t have set career goals right now or a “dream job” in mind, which is why I’ve held off with more school. I have a bachelors, but have thought about going to become a nurse and holding off having kids for a few more years. But then I think about having to work overnights, weekends, and holidays (all while maybe a lot less $ than I make now). BUT, at least I’d have a stable job that brought me more purpose than my boring current job.
I’ve considered keeping my current job until I get laid off and then stopping working. But then I worry about resume gaps and not being able to support myself/my family if something unexpected were to happen. Or the lifestyle (not that I need a fancy one) needed to live off 1 income w multiple kids indefinitely.
My husband has a stable job and is super supportive either way. This stuff just floats around in my head and stresses me out. I don’t want to make the “wrong” decision, but it’s hard to know if there’s even a right one. Sigh. Any insight or advice would be appreciated!

i don’t even like to bring up those story because everytime i do i feel weird eerie tension in my room or where ever im at, but i just need to know if anybody has experienced this creepy and weird altercation before and im not alone.
every weekend I go to my boyfriends college to spend the weekend with him. this weekend we wanted to take some shrooms because we haven’t took one in a long time and we just wanted to do it together, plus we just wanted to get high as fuck. we take the shrooms and we get high and everything was fine until like 40 minutes into it. I decided to take a shower. now when I got in the shower, that’s when I just started feeling weird about everything. I felt like somebody was watching me like there was something in the bathroom with me. I literally fell so weird that I had to shower turned sideways so I’m facing the curtain so I can see everything around me in the shower.
After I got out the shower and I go back into his room, I literally see this boy just staring at the wall, smiling talking about some , “ do you see that?” mind you I already be watching scary movies so I wasn’t even playing with this boy right now and it creeped me out so bad because I was already feeling weird in the bathroom so I told him, not play with me right now and that i dont joke like that. Who didn’t bring it up again and he just laid back in bed and he literally just stopped talking while I got ready to go to bed with him.
So now we are laying in bed and since it’s awkward as hell cause he’s not talking to me hes just laying there I turn on the TV and now we’re just watching anything.I could you not i blink one time his eyes fucking black asf. like there was no white on the side of his eye ball like a normal person his eyes are just black. I was literally praying in my head because I cannot believe God was showing me this right now and I didn’t even think shit like this existed till last week. so as he’s looking at me, I’m trying so hard to act like I’m not scared because if your enemy knows you’re scared, he wins. i didnt even see him as my boyfriend anymore. this boy gonna put his two hands on top of my stomach to rest his head on my stomach and look at me, smiling hard as fuck and asked me ,” you do hair?” like the most random shit ever. and i tell him no and then he lays back on his back and he says no like fucking 10 seconds later. so now im texting my girls that this boy is weird asf. and idek know how but i managed to sleep next to him. the next day he was acting normal. he didnt bring it up and neither did i because idk if hes like a demon or some shit.
yes for everyones information i did breakup with him when i finally went back home. i just couldnt forget thay and this actually traumatized tf outta me. YALL WE ARE NOTT ALONEEEEEE.
