Iβm curious if Iβm the only one who gets flair ups by pooping sometimes? Itβs not everytime, but when Iβm a little constipated or Iβm a little under the weather, I can feel like my throat is closing and thereβs sparkles everywhere as Iβm doing it. Heart is racing and I feel so hot. Thereβs been a few times Iβve had to stop mid-poo to just lay on the floor of my bathroom for 10-20 mins. Itβs very annoying and inconvenient.

I wanted to share this video because I loved it so much. Matt discusses "The Elusive Shift", which examines fan zines from the 70s. Matt only touches on a fragment of what the book explores, so if you're planning on reading it, I don't think you'll be spoiled by watching the video. Some neat things that I learned from the video are:
- The basic format of "describe scenario, and then ask player 'what do you want to do?/how do you react?'" comes from War Games, which often had referees in addition to the players.
- Early DMs debated a) whether players should roll dice, b) whether players should be allowed to speak as their character c) whether the players should even know the rules of the game when playing!
- The Min/Maxer vs Roleplayer divide was present from the very beginning

Hey everyone,
I made a mistake while setting up my Facebook Ads campaign. Iβm running a conversion campaign with 5 ad sets. Initially, I intended to allocate $50 per day per ad set, but I accidentally set it up with a CBO (Campaign Budget Optimization) of $50 split across all 5 ad sets.
The campaign ran for part of the day and spent $23 before I caught the mistake. Iβve since corrected the budget to $50 per ad set.
Should I be concerned about how this mistake might affect the campaignβs performance going forward, and what should I do now?

I completed my BCom last year, but since then, Iβve been feeling a bit lost. Iβve mostly been doing a fellowship from III, which comes every few months, but besides that, I havenβt really made much progress in my career or personal life. Itβs been about a year and a half since I graduated, and Iβm not sure what my next steps should be.
Iβm struggling to land a job and I feel like Iβm not really doing anything meaningful with my time. My dad wants me to get into the insurance sector, and thatβs what Iβve been preparing for as well. However, Iβm still unsure about how to move forward in this field and whether Iβm on the right path.
Has anyone gone through something similar after finishing their degree? What steps did you take to get your career or life moving again? Any advice on where to start, how to improve my chances of finding a job, or ways to stay productive and focused would be really appreciated!
