Bocsánat, nem tudom, hol kérdezzem ezt meg. Főleg a rossz alvókat kérdezem. Úgy tűnik, úgy alakul, hogy egy ideig nem lehet majd ajtót beszerelni a szobára, ahol lakni fogok. Nagyon rosszul alszom, ha bármi mozgás van bárhol, el se alszom, vagy ha alszom, felébredek rá. Próbálok valami alternatívát keresni. Ilyen műanyag harmonika ajtót be lehet rakni, de nem tudom, ér-e valamit zaj ellen. Nektek mi a tapasztalatotok?

Hi y'all,
I have a NUC-like system (Minisforum HM80 with an AMD Ryzen 7 4800U) running as a server with Jellyfin, Nextcloud, VMs, containers, etc., but with only 2 HDDs! I want to invest in some more serious storage capabilities, and I'm looking for help/feedback.
4-bays seems within my price range. Energy is quite expensive where I live, so this (together with $$$ and reliability ofc) is the key factor when deciding.
After some thinking, I've boiled it down to two options:
- A JBOD enclosure
- A NAS
IcyBox IB-3740-C31. As it lacks onboard processing power, I would guess it's the most energy efficient? It would also allow for faster transport speeds with USB 3.1 Gen 2 (10Gbps) compared to NAS.Not using the hardware RAID and using ZFS RAIDZ1 seems the way to go.
NAS For the NAS, I thought about a
Asustor AS1104T. This has a 2.5Gbs Ethernet for transport. That would be slower than the JBOD and also I'm not sure if I can install alternative software such as TrueNAS on it.never used TrueNAS myself, but people seem to like it which seems like a good reason to try. My current system will have Proxmox, so basically everything?Drives The cheapest/size option for me are Seagate Exos x18 drives 16TB. But these are enterprise grade drives. Would the enclosure/NAS handle the extra vibrations/heat? Also are they really as loud that they would bother me if I put my NAS in a cupboard? Would I maybe be better off paying more for NAS drives?

I can't help but notice the amount of support Sara Duterte is getting in Social Media and majority of them are just dummy accounts. It makes me wonder if she's getting the support from actual troll center agents since that is very common in China.

2024.11.27 15:50 IntrepidAd3551 What is the difference between pex files in scripts folder and psc files in source folder in scripts folder?
As the title says, I was planning compact form id so that I can eslify more mods that contain less references. The only reason I do so is I came to a limitation for my modlist. Basically what I need to do is, compact form id and turn them into esl, keep the sseedit log so that I can check form id changes, go to the mod folder, decompile scripts and change the old form ids into new ones, and then compile scripts, replace old pex files. Unfortunately, when I look deep down inside all those craps, I find some of the psc files in source are not the same as the decompiled pex files, although they have the same name, and behind getformfromfile is no longer form ids or something, just temp id which in my mind is no need to take care of. SO I TOTALLY CONFUSED, I have no clue what I should do because in my mind, pex files and psc files should be exactly the same thing, the only difference is pex files are used by game and psc files are edited by users or mod authors so that people don't need to decompile it, just for convenience.

So, the trick is to crash... hard... hard enough to roll and be in the air and still at full speed.... this ghost was directly next to me, crashed into the police barrier at full speed right after hitting the nitro strip again, and then POOF! dude was light-years ahead of me. I watched the car disappear and then reappear down the road still at full speed

2024.11.27 15:50 PthaloBloo I take depression meds and am wondering if using THC gummies will completely mess me up.
I (54F) have suffered from major depressive disorder, seasonal affective disorder, and anxiety ever since I was a child. I once made myself fall down a flight of stairs in the hopes I would injure myself to avoid dealing with bullies at school the next day. I was 6 years old.
I've been on so many different meds. I couldn't hack the weight gain from perimenopause and atypical antipsychotics and mood stabilizers. I'm now on 3 meds: Bupropion (SNRI), Sertraline (SSRI), and Fetzima (NDRI). I've taken THC gummies on the weekend so I can focus on my painting and art. It really just loosens me up, makes me laugh and I feel like everything is OK.
I don't use while I'm working, but I'm afraid I'm probably messing everything up with the anti-depressants. I know I need to tell my psychiatrist, but I'm miserable and the gummies are the only thing that make me feel OK.
I'm just really lost and am having a hard time trying to see my psychiatrist before my next appointment, but I can't get in. I'm having trouble functioning at work. I've been crying a lot, anxious, self harming.
How bad have I messed up by using gummies? I need help and my shrink appointment is on 12/17. Does anyone have some experience with what I'm going through? I just need to feel like I'm not crazy. I also see a therapist 1-2 times per month.
Any input would be appreciated.

Hello everyone
I just bought a house which requires a lot of work. Here are some of the main ones:
- break a wall in the living room which extends the living room into one of the bedrooms. I’d be giving up a bedroom
- extend the mud room in garage
- get rid of big fireplace
- kitchen remodel
- bathrooms remodels
- new floors
My realtor recommended a contractor but he is unlicensed and doesn’t do permits or works with city. However he is very good
Any thoughts or advice on what my options are ? None of the work above requires extending outside of my current home sq footage etc
I wanna do this the fastest and mostly according to the rules but don’t wanna wait 6 months etc
