2024.11.27 16:47 credulous- Weigh-In at 1st app?
Hi ladies! I feel sooooo silly asking this question, so please don't judge! My first ultrasound appointment is coming up next week, and I was told that aside from the ultrasound they would be doing a pap test - along with measuring my height/weight/etc/whatever.
I currently am overweight, but probably look about 20-30 pounds lighter than I actually am due to good distribution/huge boobs/being on the taller side. However, as much as the number on the scale is JUST a number on a scale, it is still very much anxiety inducing for me. I am very hush-hush about that numbequite embarrassed by it as the scale was a huge trigger for me growing up.
I'm curious for those of you who have had your first appointments - what this part was like? Will the weight be openly discussed (ie. you weigh THIS much now, expect to gain X amount, etc)? Or was it just sort of taken quickly and moved along? I don't want to come off as not caring about my weight during the pregnancy - I know I will gain weight and I'm ok with that. It's literally just other people discussing or knowing the # that is a trigger for me. My boyfriend will also be there during the ultrasound and he doesn't know how much I weigh, and I just don't want him to (*again, this is a ME thing, he wouldn't care... Just makes me very anxious).

I was diagnosed with PCOS last year. I have been taking pills since 2021 for amenorrhea. I was pretty mobile/active after pandemic. I was able to loose my pandemic weight slowly, although never went back to my pre-pandemic weight of 50-52kg. Lowest weight I reached was 54kg. I'm short, btw - barely 5' tall and currently at 60kg. My OB suggested I loose weight to improve my overall health and help with PCOS Symptoms. It does not help that I have a very sedentary lifestyle now. Has anyone tried consulting a Nutritionist-Dietician? The information online on what and what not to eat is overwhelming. I think it would be best to hear it from a professional. Any experiences you might share? Or doctoRND recommendations?

Hello, and first of all I apologize if this has already been said here somewhere.
I was wondering if there was a Mount Equipment that would turn your mounts into "pets" that you could jump on and off at any time.
The mount would follow you around like a Hunters pet, except it would be passive. That is, its job would be to just follow you around, and it wouldn't attack anything.
I guess the problem would be that if someone is using Druid solely for instate transformation. Like for farming and etc.
The solution could be to make this dialling difficult to access.

- ....?

2024.11.27 16:47 dbcooper_is_alive I just lost 20 mil gp to a death pile bug
I was gearing up to do Mage Arena 2 and my death pile just expired early... by about 58 minutes. I was pulling items from the pile when it disappeared right before my eyes. I assume this is a leagues related bug but I want to warn all other UIMs right now, do not death pile. RIP about 20 mil in items and supplies... To any other UIMs who have experienced such a bug, any luck reaching out to Jagex to have this restored or am I S.O.L.?

2024.11.27 16:47 Slingpod-58 Not ganking for adjacent lanes may be costing you games.
I have seen too many games where a duo lane is performing well or even dominating early game, but their solo lane next to them isn’t performing too great. The wave is constantly pushed up, and the soul differential is starting to add up. The adjacent duo lane is doing great though: they’ve got the wave shoved 90% of the time, is up on farm and eliminations, and is on track to take the guardian early.
But, they are unfortunately completely oblivious to the fact that just one or two ganks on the solo lane could turn a hard losing lane into an even or winning situation for their struggling teammate. It’s so bad to the point where I’ve seen games where the duo is constantly pushing into the WALKER at less than 10 minutes, and still hasn’t ganked a single time, despite many opportunities to do so.
Don’t be that guy. If you’re winning lane hard, always be on the lookout to gank for your teammates, especially if they are doing poorly/their tower is getting pushed constantly. Even better, use comms and TELL them when you’re going to gank for them. I may not be the best player out there, but at the very least I always try to coordinate ganks when I’m winning my lane. As a Lash main especially, I think it’s essential to performing well with him.
Obviously, it’s not as simple as “just gank lmao” but I think you get the point. This can seriously turn games where your team and their team end lane phase even at 3 guardians to 3, into dominant games where you end lane phase at 4 guardians to 1 or 2.
