2024.11.27 18:40 janimeman Soundboard Not Working with Windows 11 24H2
Anyone else install 24H2 and have this problem? When in a video game, the voicemod microphone input and voice filter feed through just fine and other people I am playing with can hear the filter, but when I play a sound effect, they do not hear it. I went to the test your microphone setting in Call of Duty where it shows a moving bar for mic detection, and you can hear what everyone else hears. Sure enough, I could hear the microphone and the filter I had applied, but when I played the sound effect, the mic detection bar stopped moving and I couldn't hear it. The sound effect does play for me through my system audio, just doesn't pass it through to the microphone line for some reason. Everything worked fine in 23H2.
Another strange thing I tested, if I use Voicemod as the input for recording apps like Audacity and Adobe Audition, it picks up and records the filters and soundboard effects just fine. So, the issue is only when I am playing games. I've reinstalled the app, reset windows settings, made sure to follow the FAQ on voicemod's site for optimal Windows settings and still an issue. I did open a support ticket.

2024.11.27 18:40 nandy000032467 Is it true that using a USB hub to connect to kobo isn't good?
Learnt a lesson the hard way I guess, whenever I connected my Libra 2 to my pc Via USB hub, after multiple use, it had disk errors. And had to factory reset.
I tried connecting it directly to the USB port on my windows PC after the factory reset, it started working perfectly.
So is my hypothesis true? Has anyone came across the same issue?

I am so tired
I am so tired...of this life, of this routine. Every day I am losing my sanity more and more. One minute I am feeling positive about future and I can achieve my goals. Next minute, everything seems so difficult so overwhelming and so hopeless. Ultimately I cannot find myself to do it. The only thing that keep me strong is my relationship and my family. My friends are not even friending anymore. I am a lonely soul without my family and boyfriend. And the funny thing is the fact that I am also away from them and this is overwhelming me. I want to be with them but i am studying and even this unnecessary because it is not stem. its fucking english and has no use. I try to find ways to do better but this cycle is endless!! I am so depressive. Feeling like a big loser because i dont even have a job like job market is a big fat hole and there is nothing!!!i am so mad so annoyed i hate this and yeah wdym i am a grown up and have no income apart from relying their family omggg i am losing it

 | Hello, wd community, I wanted to come on here and talk about my experience owning a husky and the large misconception that comes with them. My girl has a unique face; it is, in fact, angular. Sometimes she looks very husky, and sometimes you can look at her and think she looks a little wolfy, such as in these pictures. But this goes to prove that dogs can look wolfy and not have any wolf at all. The amount of people that comment on my posts or stop me in real life assuming I have a wolf or wolfdog is astounding. Dogs can, in fact, resemble wolfdogs in some ways, and I think it’s important people learn this. I can understand people mixing her up with a low content, but there are people assuming she is mid, high, or full wolf. This is one of the issues of owning a husky, but especially one that happens to have certain traits. And it can encourage people to get wolfdogs themselves. My girl doesn’t have a wd personality at all and is a terrible example of what you should expect owning one. I’ve liked this boy since we were like 6 years old. Im still totally obsessed with him but this year he moved about 30 minuets away and now goes to a different school. But recently I started liking this girl and she really likes me. She’s really really nice and really cares for me. But I don’t know if I’m fully into her and don’t think we’ll go anywhere. But we’ve been talking and it’s been really nice. The issue is her and the boy I’ve always liked are best friends and they hang out all the time.
