I've been struggling with a persistent issue that has carried over from my previous PC. Despite building a new system with an AMD 9800X3D processor, Gigabyte X870E Aorus Elite WiFi 7 motherboard, and a new RTX 4080 GPU, I'm experiencing frequent freezes whenever I access the Display Settings in Windows 11. The entire system, including the mouse and keyboard, becomes unresponsive for several seconds before returning to normal.
The problem seems to worsen when making changes to display or monitor settings, such as adding a second monitor or adjusting refresh rate or resolution. In some cases, the freeze can last up to 20 seconds.
Given that the issue is specific to display settings and involves the GPU, I'm wondering if anyone else has encountered a similar problem and found a solution without replacing the GPU.

My dog was my only friend, and my only family. I had her since I was eleven and she was there for me throughout all my terrible childhood. So many times I wanted to just give up and end it, but it was always the thought of abandoning her with those terrible people that stopped me.
But for 4 long years, while I went to college, I did abandon her and it is perhaps my greatest regret in life. Leaving her waiting there for me. I can't think about it too long.
Now I'm 25 and she passed away a week ago. I told her beforehand, wait for me there in heaven. Now I regret it. The thought of her waiting for me for years, decades is killing me. Perhaps more than anything else.

Hello, I'm hoping someone can help me out. I had a CPU limit of 4.00 set for a container via Docker Compose. I then removed the container, set the CPU limit in the docker-compose.yml file to 2.00, then ran docker-compose up -d. However, if I check in Portainer, the CPU limit is still set to 4.00. If it matters, my docker-compose.yml file does not have a version indicated in it. How do I fix this? I'm on MacOS Sonoma 14.5, using OrbStack.
I'd greatly appreciate any help. Thank you!
