Hello - I am a site manager working in the commercial sector, in London.
Currently have 8 years experience with various National contractors on a range of schemes. Heavily involved in operational health and safety management of various packages during that time, so feel I have a good understanding of most processes. Last year I completed my Nebosh construction certificate.
I am looking either in the near future if viable or long term to get into health and safety management.
I am firstly wondering if anyone knows that with my nebosh certificate they think it is enough combined with my experience to take on a role of health and safety manager at some level? Or if I should / need to undergo further training and courses to make myself more employable. I’d like to stay main contractor if possible but open to moving into other organisations if there are opportunities.
Also I am currently based in inner London and wondering how viable people think working within London is as a region? Do others do it or does becoming a health and safety manager usually consist of travelling across a larger region?
Seems to be quite a range of requirements on any jobs I have seen so thought I’d ask on here first see what I get back before looking

Bonsoir, je viens d'acquérir une table de bureau (gamer) chez Ikea et je vois beaucoup de gens avec supports de laptops, mais franchement, est ce vraiment utile? Est-ce qu'un modèle à 10 euros sur Amazon peut faire l'affaire? Je possède mon laptop du travail (14 pouces) et un portable gaming personnel de 2019 que je souhaiterai changer. Dans l'hypothèse ou j'achèterai un desktop gaming au lieu d'un laptop, il pourrait être sur mon bureau mais est ce qu'il peut-être posé sur le sol (parquet en lattes de bois)? Merci!

It combines progressive house with breaks and tasty acid tweaks. The track was posted here 2 years ago, but the release year was stated as 1995 which refers only to a rare test pressing 12” featuring a 7:25 edit, not the full version, yet the selected youtube clip was of the full version. Deeper was originally produced in 1993 but wasn’t released in its full length until ‘97 on the famous deep purple colored vinyl, pun intended to the legendary hard rock band according to David “Confucius” Christophere. The main vocal bit ‘deeper’ is dramatically slowed down to a great effect so might not be so obvious at first but when you have heard the original, it’s crystal clear. I drew up 80 units (0.8 mL) for my trigger, so there is still 2 mL (200 units) left.

 | But envious of everyone’s beautiful Vanda photos, I’m struggling with mine. So I had this little guy for over a year it originally had three leaves from Etsy and tiny roots. It attached to the bark pretty well and grew an extra leaf, but the progress is very slow. It gets daily mists with DI and occasional feeds with 20/20/20 Are they just natural slow growers and this is to be expected from such a smoll plant or can I be doing something better?
