There's a serie that I love who finally got a new season recently. The issue is, I was never able to actually start it, only half of the first episode. It looks absolutely incredible, all my friends love it and I've been dying to try it out too ! But I'm so at rock bottom right now that just reading few lines of my favorite wholesome story overwhelm me and I end up having a panic attack. I cannot watch any new media in an enjoyable way, no matter how much I crave it.
I completely deleted social medias, because I'm tired of being pressured into catching up with so many series and animes, I can barely keep myself alive already. I'm literally at a mental hospital right now. When my dad visits me, he often reads me some news he found while scrolling on social media, usually on topics he knows I'm interested in. He heard me talk about this serie once, forgot that I talked about it as wanting to start it, and decided to read me some news about how a specific scene caused a scandal in some countries, giving me all the details and everything.
I forgot how much it hurts that someone you trust just throw some important plotpoint in your face, and all you can do is forgive them and move on. I don't want to this time, I'm doing so much efforts to allow me to enjoy some medias spoiler free, and I'm not allowed to be mad at people who don't ask first if I already watched it before giving me spoilers ? I know my brain, it will store spoilers for life, the longest one it ever kept was a Walking Dead spoiler I overheard when I was a child, and I remembered it 8 years later as soon as I heard the name of the character who dies. Any spoiler is burnt in my mind forever and it completely ruins a part of the enjoyment for me. I already can't feel any pleasure or happiness in anything anymore, and it somehow keeps getting worse because people don't make any effort to be mindful of other potential viewers. I just want to enjoy a serie/anime for once in my life without knowing in advance what's going to happen, I just end up constantly waiting for the scene to come up instead of enjoying the show, and I can't help it because someone broke my system !

I’m going to be doing a diy flooring job in my barbershop with laminate wood planks. I was wondering if anyone has any ideas for this raised spot. The space we are in used to be a bar and they installed a fake drain to satisfy health inspections about 15 years ago. Since then the drain has been filled in and painted over. I was curious how to go about this as it looks like the edges are metal so trying to grind it down probably won’t work. Let me know if anyone more info is needed. Thank you!

How do I become a better writer or fix this fog?
I was diagnosed with ADHD a year ago because life became so unmanageable, I’ve always been scattered and all over the place, but it’s ridiculous.
So, now I’ve been on stimulants for almost a year, they help to a degree but my thoughts are still scrambled and I’m constantly concerned I have early onset dementia , I’m 45…
I write for a living (PR) and I’m struggling so much , I don’t think anyone notices yet… but any other writers here? Any tips? Ugh.

 | Rogue came from the same situation as Cantrip, and shortly after Cantrip became ill, Rogue also began showing signs of bloating consistent with congenital megacolon. She has been doing well the last few days with a diet of primarily soft foods and some assistance defecating. Today she came to us and will be checked out by our vet ASAP. Megacolon is very often fatal, but if it is mild enough, there is a chance it can be successfully medically managed. So far her condition is very good, so we are hopeful she will be able to live a long, healthy, and comfortable life. Congenital megacolon is caused by a delay in stem cell migration from the neural crest (along the spine) down the body. This delay causes the cells that will become the nerve cells responsible for stimulating movement through the Gl tract to stop short before they reach their intended destination. Without those cells in the right places, gut motility is slowed or, in extreme cases, fully stopped. The disease most often becomes apparent around the time babies transition from a liquid diet of their mother's milk to a solid diet. Material begins to back up in the intestinal tract, causing pain, bloating, malnutrition, and eventually death. Interestingly, an increased risk of megacolon is also linked to coat pattern. First of all Im not a native speaker, sorry for the grammar or if any idea is not that clear.
I built my PC in 2020, it originally had the following components:
CPU Ryzen 5 3400G, 8gb RAM, Motherboard: Asrock a320m-hdv r4.0. Later I added a GTX 1650S and 8 gb RAM.
A month ago, I bought an RTX 4070S, and now I'm thinking of changing the motherboard and processor. The questions I have are:
- Should I stick with AMD or switch to Intel?
- If I stick with AMD, is it better to buy AM5 or wait for the prices to drop?
- What motherboard and processor combo would you recommend?
- Is it better to use the integrated graphics of the processor or stick with the GTX 650?
