Do we think that Miles and Maeva separated because he knew that he needed to be single in order to get on the show, but his (their) plan was always to get back with each other eventually? They’re both smart people and knew the more drama they created around themselves the more profitable it would be in the short term, which is why Maeva originally dated James, but that just got out of hand and she realised she was actually falling in love with him/he would provide her with a life that she never knew when Miles would be ready for. This is probably why they both act confused over their feelings for each other sometimes, him because probably until the baby or the marriage he always assumed he would get Maeva back someday, and she because James wasn’t meant to be ‘the one’.

I’m reading becoming super natural and in chapter 5 he introduces the reconditioning the body to a new mind meditation which is the breathing exercises squeezing the 3 centers and holding your breath at the top as he mentioned in the book but when I downloaded the meditation it doesn’t even mention the breathing at all? Am I missing something?

I've been following this subreddit for a while, thank you to all the women here for your support, insight, and wisdom.
I'm 2-3 years into my career as a Technical Product Manager (I have a background in SWE/CS). I know that I'm smart, gritty, and resourceful – but I've been struggling in my role/career and I keep coming across difficult scenarios where I freeze up or get blocked or don't deliver value. I know that I could benefit hugely from a mentor, ideally someone at Director (or above) level. I'm looking for someone outside my current company, with whom I can be very open. How does one find mentors? Where can I find a mentor?
I'm looking for mentors in: Product, SWE, or business. I want to grow fast.
