I was self harm free for about or just over a month then 2 days ago I relapsed and my thoughts have been worse then ever and I want to do it multiple times a day like when I first started and when I relapsed I cut with very light pressure so it was barely a cat scratch and didn’t even bleed and now I’m just trying to go deeper but I can’t and it’s not working and it’s making me feel invalid I cut on my leg like 20-30 times and none of them bled and that just makes me feel worse and I didn’t even have a good enough reason to cut my little adopted brothers are getting relinquished care by my parents bc of how they effected all of our mental health I get what I want but seriously I don’t know my family thing that I do it for attention and I’m kinda starting to believe it too but I really don’t know rn I want to cry

Hi,
So I ran through the numbers for November and I so far I’ve made $1058 on eBay after store fees. After subtracting Pirate Ship shipping costs (-$269) and COGS (-$252.69), I’m left with $537 profit.
The issue is that I spent $535 on sourcing items and $129 on supplies, leaving me in the negative. This month I bought 86 items and 18 of those have sold so far (I sold 43 items total). 19 of these items have yet to be listed but I’m planning on listing 9 of those today).
My goal is to grow my store to 250 items. I currently sit at 89 active items/153 sold in a 90 day period and make an average of 1.65 sales per day this month.
So yeah I’m confused in what I could be doing wrong. Am I buying too much inventory? I haven’t had this issue before.

Has anyone else who owns a business or for your own use, ordered from Safie Foods out of Chesterfield Michigan? I really like a product that I purchased at another store and ordered 6 to share and include in a healthy diet for high risk high blood pressure and hypertension patients. I received a box with 2 and a bill showing 2 of 2. I've tried contacting them numerous ways and they ignore my calls. It seems as though the company intentionally ripped me off and is dodging my calls and emails. Not a way to earn business.

Last night, right before bed at approximately 11 PM, I took one tablet of TauroMag SR. I have never taken this before. I was previously taking a different type of magnesium in a capsule. I’m not sure why I am so surprised, my doctor suspects low stomach acid and I’ve certainly seen undigested food in my stool before. I just was not expecting a completely whole pill (tablet) to pass undigested in less than 12 hours.
I’m not really even sure if I have a question in this. I guess I’m just curious if anyone else has experienced this. Other than proving that I likely have low stomach acid, is there anything else that this is potentially telling me about my Microbiome?
I do have a doctor‘s appointment next week with my functional medicine practitioner and will bring this up. We are going to go over my blood work, recent SIBO test and G.I. effects results.

23 M about to be 24. Is it irresponsible that I want to prioritize my social aspect of my life over my professional/career?
For example, recently came across an opportunity to have a remote job and I want to move abroad. I’m only considering the job because it would allow me to live abroad and not necessarily because it’s a job that would help my career progress.
In other words, I’m doing it because I want go to a different country and have fun.
Part of me wants the adventure but I’m also aware that my mindset might shift at some point and I’ll prioritize stability/family over fun/partying/thrill seeking.
I would appreciate any helpful advice.

Question for everyone. So I just got my first hole in one yesterday at my local golf course 2 minutes from my house. I usually don’t golf here because I prefer different place. It’s not a world renowned golf course but it isn’t a terrible golf course either. When my buddy went in the club house at the turn he told them I hit a hole in one on the front. They then told him yeah we don’t do anything for that. Obviously I wasn’t looking for anything because it was him in the club house and not me but I did find that a little shocking. Like don’t most golf courses want you to sign a book or something?

2024.11.27 19:50 Difficult-Chicken-45 Day 39!!

Today is day 39 for me making thanksgiving my day 40. When I initially started this my thought was I’ll stop around thanksgiving and give myself the enjoyment of cheat meals on thanksgiving and then through christmas as well. Now, there is a 0% chance I will be doing that tomorrow!! Keep pushing through this is one of the best things I’ve done for myself and I’m loving it!! I’m a 5’10 23 years old male and started this at around 174 pounds and I’m currently 159 pounds. I’ve gotten much stronger physically and mentally through this challenge. For all of you thinking about starting, do it!! It gets easier and the results start showing up quickly with how hard you work! I am a full time High School teacher who thought I was too busy to do all of this in my day, but every single day I have found the time. You got this!! Good luck to everyone else throughout the holiday season, the temptation will be there with everyone eating pie and lots of yummy food tomorrow, but stay strong!!

Quando eu era criança, já demonstrava meus interesses ao que era considerado coisas de menino: jogar videogame, correr muito (hiperatividade), fazer luta (taekwondo por conta da disciplina e o transtorno), problemas com higiene principalmente bucal (rendeu várias cáries), ouvir metal/rock por conta do meu pai desde quando comecei a ouvir música e várias outras coisas. Eu simplesmente tive uma fase de disforia de gênero. Não me identificava com as meninas, cortei meu cabelo curto, usava o uniforme da escola com as mangas largas como os meninos, usava calça cargo ou jeans larga, tênis sempre. Eu sabia que era hétero, eu gostava dos meninos, simplesmente não me identificava mesmo com as meninas. Isso não me afastou da minha melhor amiga, mesmo tendo durado quase 2 anos de disforia até eu voltar a ser feminina novamente. Tudo que eu gostava e fazia era visto como masculino, tudo. Minha letra era garranchada, como sempre, e ainda competia quem terminava de escrever primeiro com os meninos. Meu caderno parecia um lixo, apesar da minha mãe ter tentado de tudo para ajudar. Queria realmente saber se só eu passei por algo assim porque já li num artigo em inglês que falava sobre isso uma vez.
