Kentucky
Sole surviving parent has 5 children.
Has setup a living trust with 3 of the children as beneficiaries. The other 2 children are excluded.
Parent did not want the 3 children fighting over what is in the trust, so had a no-contest clause included specifying the 3 children by name and that if any of them contest it they will be treated as if they had predeceased the parent.
Question is… is anything else needed regarding the other two children? By not including them in the no-contest clause is the door left open for them to contest then trust with no consequences even though the actual named beneficiaries cannot?

Through my employer's program with Solium/Shareworks, I make a % contribution to a TFSA from my bi-weekly paycheque that they match at 50%. A few months ago I decreased my contribution rate, and I received a notice saying I cannot change that rate again until a certain date. Is there a way for me to find out that certain date now? i never seen anyone complain about this but i’m on medication that’s usually covered by ohip+. so that’s $265 (!) prescription is covered and payed for. but now that i have private health insurance thanks to the school, the now previously free medication is now $115 a month. and it’s literally so frustrating bc i can’t afford that and i can’t opt out of it. everyone talks about how you save so much money but im not going to the optometrist everyday ! i don’t need all that stuff that’s covered. i’m spending sooo much more money than i would have if i wasn’t covered

I (28F) have been married (39M) for two years now. Ever since we got married we struggled with our sex life, and I tried, many times to talk about it. I think we used to have sex more when we didn’t lived together. He mentioned some things he didn’t like (my pijamas, me using my hair wrapped in a towel, etc) and some other things, but I saw no effort from his part.
It got worst this year, when we are working crazy hours - he works 80+ hours per week
Now it’s been two months since we last had sex. And it seems I got so tired of feeling undesirable that I don’t even bother anymore.
I kind of decided that he is going to have to bring the topic up if he wants us to engage in sexual activities again. I am not bringing the topic up or initiating any sexual activity. Kinda of waiting to see how long will it take for him to bother

👋🏻 Tout content de moi avec ma sonde dans le rôti et à 52-53°C je le sors. Et bien non trop cuit … pas très saignant.
Bon j’avoue que je l’ai sorti du frigo un peu tard, c’est resté longtemps à 8°C au cœur.
D’après vous c’est juste que le rôti était trop froid ? La prochaine fois j’essaierai vers 47-48°C qu’en pensez vous ?

Hi guys, i remember watching the show in 2009-2010, loved the show.
I also loved the OST of the show by Richard Marvin, one song in particular (Jake & Amy Theme ) but i remember there was a longer version of this song in one of the episodes, (longer than what you can listen on the link i shared)
I remember it was in season 1 or season 2 and it was at the ond of an episode, i even remember the scene a little bit (after the end of a therapy session "Dr. Paul Weston" stand up and grabbed his jacket while that same music was playing)
Can somebody help me find that episode? i would be greatly appreciated!

Hi there,
I have a problem with a script I want to create, or the alarm resulting out of it to clarify that. I want to select another indicator as a source (e.g: https://de.tradingview.com/script/rHEY9Nax/ ). First add my script and the Indicator to a chart and then click settings on the script, select "Gray's RSI+: RSI Extreme Low" as test input source and confirm. Then click create alarm for "AlarmTest", enter any name and click save. It won't save that alarm with a generic error message. I've tested it also with other 3rd-Party indicators that are providing alarms. Always the same error, anyone that can reproduce it or does know what's wrong?
And yes, it's just an example not the real script.

Looking at a 9R66 GMT from Grand Seiko. But also like the price on the Quartz options much more.
I'm curious as to what I could expect buying either watch when it comes to maintenance and servicing costs and frequency.
The actual visual hand movement of the spring drive is amazing but I also understand the practicality behind a quartz watch. Most of the reason i am leaning away from the Quartz models is the lack of dial patterns offered. I know they exist, but usually they are limited editions and cost much more than their release price.
