hey guys I just bought my Onikuma X15 Pro the headphone is good but the mic is not working, its not picking any sound at all, it seems like when I open my mic on Valorant (I tried it last night) the sound that was pick up is from my laptop's mic. What should I do?

I have a client that is having an issue where when they try to decline a call it will stop ringing for 1 second them immediately start ringing again. This continues until the call ends on the callers side.

2024.11.27 21:40 Duckduckgoose763 Break lease but lessor now advertising property above market value, when to take to court?
I’ve read through so many other threads but just making our own current one for updated information and maybe more appropriate for our situation.
We have been in this rental since Jan 2024, always looked after the place, only made maintenance requests as necessary and have never had any complaints about us as tenants. Our lease is due to end 28th Jan 2025. We are due with our second 26th Jan 2025** at the very beginning of October we were asked of our intentions regarding the lease (at the time we didn’t know as we we’re obviously needing to consider lots with baby also being due!) within three days the PM had emailed to say they were no longer offering a renewal and we had to vacate. This was the beginning of so many screw ups by the agency, incorrectly threatening terms of the contract (verbal so no evidence as such!) given the absolute minimum amount of notice to enter the property with no help to reschedule, attempts to make us pay more at a break lease request than we were legally obliged too. So on, we’ve had a case of pen with consumer protection and also sought advice from circle green who were helpful but limited in their advice.
We had just decided to see our lease out and pay by the week as breaking lease seemed too hard and we had successfully found another rental anyway which we are currently in. Paying the $625 a week genuinely seemed like less trouble than fighting this incompetent agent.
We have since had some complications come up for the pregnancy and requested an urgent break lease so we can focus on our unborn child and my health concerns. This was all received quite well and they were really helpful regarding this, however we’ve just noticed it’s been advertised at $700 a week and that is the most expensive rental in that area and only a 4x1 whereas other 4x2 are $600-$650. Not sure how this will help mitigate our losses if it just won’t get rented out!!
We have sent an email questioning this but are now wondering if it’s worth taking the next steps to go to the magistrates court? Or do we abandon the property and stop paying rent?
This was meant to be the less stressful option and I can’t handle this on my plate too! Just thinking we’ve covered their advertising costs, plus the lessors fees for the remaining time on our lease play still paying the rent until they hopefully get someone at $700 a week?! Or final option is just accepting our situation and above losses and letting them handle it?
Too tired, pregnant and hormonal for this!

I asked the universe that if I was on the right path and wondering if certain things would really happen in the future, it would give me a sign, that an orange butterfly would appear. I fell asleep and dreamed of an orange butterfly flying, and in the dream I had let it pass by without noticing, but a man said "look how beautiful this orange butterfly is", and within the dream itself I noticed the sign. Is this possible? Or was it just a coincidence?

I spent 5 years with a dusty. I loved him, wanted a family with him, he motivated me to go to school and get a job so we could build together. He ends up spending our wedding money on a house and refuses to put me on the deed. Once I finished school he made me go 50/50. I was paying on a grown man’s mortgage on a house I didn’t even own even though we got married (after the sale of course). Never took me on dates except to decent restaurants. Argued about buying me flowers. Cheated days after the marriage (online but still). Finally I told him he was lucky to be with me because a woman as successful and beautiful as me could find a guy who doesn’t make her work yet I’m here building. I had already started looking for a replacement so I didn’t care about saying it. When he heard me say that he literally left work with divorce papers and tried to get me to sign them. He told me I was delusional and not all that and I would be nothing without him.
I packed my stuff and left. Got my own place. And now I’m dating a man who is completely provider. We are taking it slow but he has fully furnished my new apartment, bought me new tires and brakes for my car, takes me out every week, and is going to pay for my divorce.
Although I regret all the time I wasted on him and all the tears and stress, I’m glad that he motivated me to go to school so I have a great career to fall back on. And I’m glad I learned my lesson the hard way. Once I realized he was using me to pay for his house I was done. Imagine if I had stayed 10 years and put 10 years of money into a house he never put my name on and then he cheats or leaves.
If anyone tells you that you can’t do it or you aren’t worth it or no man will want to pay your bills just know they’re 100% wrong.
