Hi All,
I was wondering if there are any solutions that can provide a self-directed Okta MFA reset, in the same vein as self-directed password resets. My org is running into the issue of weekend employees needing a MFA reset due to new cellphones, and we don't provide helpdesk coverage on the weekends. We currently reset MFA by manually pushing out a QR code that allows the user to reset their MFA.
For context, we're an O365 environment (~1000 users), with most our apps being cloud-based. Employees must authenticate with Okta before they gain access to O365 (specifically Outlook) and Salesforce (our primary business app).
I handle the network infrastructure, but I was asked to help brainstorm ideas for the lack of weekend helpdesk support. Current ideas being thrown around are having an on-call person monitoring the helpdesk queue on Sat/Sunday, 8am-5am. Our IT shop is <10 people. As it sits now, we have 2 helpdesk/desktop support people, and 2 sysadmins that have the ability to reset MFA. I don't even see this as being "on-call" because the individual would have to be chained to their laptop and actively monitoring the queue, so essentially the weekend on-call person would be working 7 full shifts that week.
Any thoughts, input, or suggestions would be much welcomed.

Iāve been twitching and losing muscle mass most prominently in my thighs and left tricep over the 6 months. Iām also experiencing myoclonic jerks.

Iām far from convinced of the summary of the EMG report which is:
āno evidence of acute or ongoing neurogenic process. The findings probably suggest: 1. Mild / minor L>R L4-L5 radicular dysfunction without acute or ongoing denervation 2. Background benign fasciculations
The denervation was not identified in my last EMG 2 months ago so how can it not be acure or ongoing? And how can twitched can be benign in areas of denervation?

So ive got a Ares Ion that.. its just not for me. I would like to do an upgrade to something but I am abit stuck on what I should upgrade to so id thought id get some suggestions form everyone here.
I enjoy well.. almost anything in SC but due to to real life constraints and time when i dont play for long sessions its mostly some pew pew pew against NPCs solo.
I do play with friends sometimes but id say.. 80% solo.
Any suggestions what i should upgrade it to? Was looking to do ship upgrade and not melt and buy something else :)

Okay, allow me to present my case in classic ENTP fashion.
Trauma: Ashfur's life is traumatic, look at this: Brindleface, mauled by dogs by Tigerstar. The very same Tigerstar who is Brambleclaw's father. The very same Brambleclaw that Squirrelflight chose over him. DUN Dun dun!!! Elderkit and Tulipkit: Died young. Whitestorm: Died by Bone, later Bone killed by Ashpaw. The very same Ashpaw...
Murder: Okie, I hear you screaming at me RIGHT NOW. Oh, but murder is unexcusable. Yeah, only in real life. In books, murder is very much excusable and actually very exciting for the author to writer (first hand experience, it's so fun) These cats are nonexistent. So it is okay. Also, I rank cats based on their interestingness, if that's a word, and not on them being cats. They are not equal, and as Ashfur is more interesting than Squirrelflight, Firestar, or Lionblaze, it means that it is okay to murder them. Only applies in books. I can't stress that enough.
Rejection: Actually, this is NOT the reason for Ashfur to be an Bad Person TM. This is the frosting on the cake that finally knocked his sanity overboard. Unfortunately he did not realize that himself, so he directed all of his insanity at Squirrelflight and Brambleclaw, who he places at least part of the blame of Tigerstar upon.
Please no Thrushpelt comparisons: I hate these things so much!!! Did Thrushpelt have trauma? No. Was BluestarxOakheart as obvious, as "Lookie, my kits with someone else" as SquilfxBramble. No. They are not comparable, and stop trying to do so!! I'm sorry, I'm getting overexcited.
Some concerning mentor stuff: Darkstripe (yes, the one who tried to kill innocent kits) was Ferncloud's mentor and Dustpelt Ashfur's. Simple and glorious? No. Dustpelt ended up training Ferncloud all the time and being creepy (problem for another day), whereas Ashfur is stuck with the murderer. And when Darkstripe was banished, Ashfur was neglected even more and probably had to train himself half the time! Also, Cloudtail (the very one who was kidnapped for some time and ate kittypet food half his apprenticeship) was made a warrior BEFORE Ashfur. Yikes.
Some very concerning education: Besides the Darkstripe bit, there's more. When Brindleface was turned into dog food, guess who decided to be bait? Ashpaw and some other apprentices. And guess who the responsible warrior who knew that this was a bad idea, especially after Swiftpaw and Brightheart? Nonexistent. Ashpaw was taught from a young age, first by Darkstripe, then by the Clan, that revenge is totally the best way to deal with trauma! Wow... Such responsible education!
I probably missed some defenses in classic me fashion, but whatever. Go ahead, try to change my mind. Perhaps I'll change yours in the process :)

Got coin crown/lil bomber synergy early for tons and tons of money, which was multiplied even further by loot bag. Chest teleporter, lament configurum, every possible secret chamber helped get max loot. And what broken run would be complete without clone? I fed 10 low quality guns to evil muncher in bullet hell so my ending loot screen coulds been bigger if I hadn't done that... But mostly I'm just in shock of how much money I got.
