Hello again, Since Cordyceps groups are so inactive I ask here again. What do you think about this? I can't decice if there is a lot of contamination or only that little green is it. On the middle that gray part looks like mold too, but I really dont know. Fun fact: I failed my first 3 agar plates. I had to use 900 ML water, 10g agar and 15 malt extract but I used this amounts with 90 ML water and used for 3 petri dishes. Still not sure that the white parts are mycelium. Now I translated 10x piece like that to new agars. (500ML water, 8g agar, 7g malt extract) Tell me your thoughts!

First of all, thank you for creating such a great reader. The Obsidian and Calibre integrations are exactly what I was looking for, and the app's quality is excellent.
I have a question: is there a way to open books in the app using a custom URL scheme? For example, something like bookfusion://books/id. I’ve tried bookfusion://books/id and bookfusion://id, but neither of them works. It would be fantastic if we could save these URLs in Obsidian and open books directly from notes in the app.

I've had a super hard time making friends my whole life, and I'm currently in the process of trying to figure out why everything has been going so badly for me. I'm depressed and in therapy and really really trying.
A little bit about me: I'm working a boring office job, but write and paint on the side. I'm super into books and spend most of my time reading.
I had friends at one point during uni a whole group of 10 and I loved them more then anything (I'm not close with my family and they were it for me) one by one they paired off or grew apart or had fights until it was only me and this girl. After we graduated we were incredibly close, talked every day did everything together. She had other friends but would never invite me to hang out with them. And then she got a boyfriend and fully ghosted me. Four years of friendship evaporated in a matter of weeks. Its been 8 months now and I'm all by myself all of the time, I work from home so i only leave my house to go to therapy. Its pretty bad.
I realise that I don't sound like I'm super fun to talk to rn, but i promise I'll give it my best go If you would like to chat.

2024.11.27 22:28 chsavb Should I go to the local passport canada office for a urgent pickup (next business day)
My daughter’s passport is being transferred to our local passport Canada office (Laval).
We’ve put the transfer request on November 21st, following Canada post strike.
Our flight is December 1st (2 business days).
We still have not received the call to get our passport.
We are getting mixed signals from the passport Canada call center. They say if we don’t have the call on Thursday PM, they can initiate an urgent request. We were initially told that would be done on Wednesday, but the narrative changed. They are vague on what that actually means.
We were planning on going to the local center to have more information and possibly start an urgent pickup procedure (get it by the end of the next business day). We are ok with paying if that is what is needed. However, we’ve been told that starting this procedure automatically cancels the other passport that might be on its way.
None of the approaches are guaranteed anyways.
Long story short, we are not quite sure what to do.
Are people getting their passport in time? Anyone experienced the « urgent request from call center » situation? Should we try an urgent pickup (new demand, next business day)?
