Please don’t judge. I know it may sound counterintuitive that I have a HH, and also want to take a drug that slows the emptying on my stomach. I have tried everything to lose these 45 pounds with no success; I can’t do it on my own and I am miserable. My GE’s feedback was if I want to try it go ahead. But I am nervous. Hi, and apologies if I’ve not marked this post correctly. I’m a bit old and not great with these sorts of social media things, but wanting to learn!
Firstly, I just wanted to say hi. I had a breakdown around 18 months ago and then discovered my DD/ system around a year ago with the help of my therapist, which has been a game-changer. It explains so much of my life experience! It’s been a bit of a lonely experience, so I’m so grateful to read about all your experiences. I have a strong critic who thinks I’m a massive fake, and being able to resonate with others’ experience is so reassuring.
So far I’ve not been able to remember the original trauma, but today I started to remember it. Just an image, not much, but it has me really unsettled, to say the least. I think it happened to my littlest one, and they are really quite upset, although letting them stroke my dog helps a bit. There is so much noise in my head from different quarters that I’m exhausted, but I’m a bit scared to go to sleep. Can anyone relate? Xxx

I built this little php package that makes it easy to extract block supports styles from the $attributes array in the render.php file of custom WordPress blocks. I wanted to get some feedback on it, and see if it would be useful to anyone out there in their projects. If so, I could look into publishing it to a composer repo (and changing the name lol).

So i just beat vicar amelia at level 20 before i went to hem wick or even bloodstarved beast. i know this isn't how you usually would do it and tbh it's the first time i've done it like this. i thought i would have a go at her before going to hemwick just to try and remember her move set and i managed to beat her first try quite comforably at level 20. all the things i'm seeing say you should be at least level 30 to try her. did i just get lucky or not because i never really knew if i was good at the game or not since i first tried orphan of kos but then took over 30 for amelia and bloodstarved beast last time i remember playing.

I’m taking FAR at the end of January and I currently am figuring out how to study effectively. I’m on F2 M5 as of today and doing a module or two a day. Currently this is what I do in my learning phase of studying (doing SIMS and mocks at a later time)
-Watch lectures/take notes -Do individual module MCQs until I get at least an 80% -Move onto the next modules
I want to incorporate the practice tests and cram MCQs so I’m actively retaining the concepts but How do you guys recommend I approach this? I know everyone’s different though. Should I do cumulative MCQs for all the units i’ve done and then complete the upcoming modules, or vice versa? Or should I only be doing cumulative review toward the end of the week to give me time to practice active recall? Any advice is appreciate thanks guys !
