 | I've never posted on here, so I'm sorry if this isn't the right place for it. But I thought I'd share some progress on a Pikmin 4 boss I've been working on called the Wallowing Infantrap. Designed with a hypothetical DLC focused around Blue and Rock Pikmin (my favorites). This boss is designed to be like a Pikmin 4 equivalent of the Scornet Maestro, and if you brought any other Pikmin into the fight on Oatchi, they are vulnerable to his gaping mouth! So basically it was New Years and I was studying in South Korea for the year. I was at a festival with friends and it was PACKED.
There was a couple behind me and I could feel one of them very gently pulling some curls and bouncing them. Normally, I’m not a big fan of people touching me, especially without permission, but idk I was in a good mood and they were very careful/gentle so I didn’t stop them.
My own Korean is terrible, but my friend is near fluent and started laughing. She leans over and tells me that the girl is saying I have very pretty hair and is trying to convince her boyfriend to touch it but he’s trying to convince her to stop.
I eventually turned around to look at them—in a very casual “I’m not looking at you” kind of way—and the guy stared straight ahead trying to avoid eye contact while the girl giggled.

So we came back from a week of camping to find the pump was not running. The water looks fine still but I went to check the pump and the switch is in the on position but nothing is happening. I flipped it on and back off and it started up but started sparking inside the box so I turned it right the fuck off. We pay for a service through our electric company that covers this stuff but they aren’t coming until December 18th. What can I do manually to keep the water clear? Just dump some chlorine and stir it like a cauldron before and after work? Please don’t suggest finding someone else or rewire the whole thing to have the breaker inside the house I just need ideas to keep my water from turning into a lake. I’m in Florida so we don’t “close the pool.”
