Hey Everyone, just looking for some help/ confirmation of some info I came across while doing this DIY project.
Our daughter’s bathroom fan stopped working and I’m not 100% sure if it is the bathroom fan unit itself, or the wiring in the wall outlet. I’m going to try and replace the unit itself first since it’s 5+ years old and due for an upgrade.
All I need to do is install the new unit into the housing space, and I noticed that the new unit has a power cord where the old one does not. However, it does have the positive, negative, and ground wired that match the ones located in the housing unit.
Does anyone know if I must use the power cord or if it’ll work with the wires correctly connected? If so, any suggestion on what to do with the loose cord?

Hi, currently 25S mos has a 20k signing bonus in my state. I haven’t joined the guard yet, but I’m thinking of doing that mos bc of the bonus and my scores qualify for it. I’ve looked it up and it seems interesting and could translate into a civilian job (I’m interested in electronics, computers, and analysis)(35S/T also seems like it would fit my interests)
Is 25S a bad job (why else would it have a signing bonus)? What else would be a good fitting job with my interests if it isn’t 25S or a good mos that could translate well to civilian life besides 25S? If anyone has experience or knows someone in 25S, info is appreciated.

Mein Problem mit dieser Scheiße ist meine dumme Tastatur. Ich hab in Einstellungen schon geguckt und ich kriege es nicht zurück gestellt. Alle Buchstaben sind unnormal groß und mein größter Feind einfach die Emojis… like ich vertippe mich non stop und sie sehen auch so hässlich aus auf einmal.. anderes Thema..
