Should I keep my lights up during winter? It gets really cold here (-20° up to -30°). Or just keep them down and drive with fog lights?
I feel like it would keep the motors in a better shape to not use them during times like these, but then again I fear if they freeze up and cause somekind of corrosion or other failures.
It's my first time owning a car with pop ups so any advice will be appreciated!

I just feel like the Game Grumps have become parodies of themselves, making the same unfunny jokes, playing off the same tropes that were only fun the first couple of times, and barely even trying to do things competently.
And they've become too corporate. It's too much of a brand now.
Half of what they do now just feels fake and forced.

My problem is that my right earbud refuses to pair.
In the charging case, it's fine. It displays a white light being fully charged. If I take it out, it displays NO light and has NO sound. No noise when I click on any button or touch pad. It doesn't even attempt to pair anymore.
It worked before but I woke up one day and right earbud is dormant now. Pls help!!!

Love animals, especially cats(dogs too, just don't have one right now)! I would describe myself as an ambivert. I love to joke around, maybe a bit too much even, and my sense of humor can be a bit dark and sarcastic at times, but also lighthearted and goofy so there is a balance!
I love to talk about stuff I feel passionate about, maybe this could include you? I have a soft spot for everything horrohalloween related and fall is my favorite season. I won't force you to watch horror movies, if you don't want to, but I will hold your hand and cuddle you if you give them a try! For my looks you have to decide for yourself!

Im 49 years old and have urinary problems that causes me to have to intermittent cath. I have infections frequently and have resistance to a couple antibiotics from cutters. My question is will I always be resistant to those particular antibiotics? Also I read articles on a gentamicin bladder wash every evening to prevent UTI's. Any doctors on here that might have any knowledge on this? Thank You

2024.11.27 23:22 scramlington Creaking noise on steering and bumps after cold, wet weather - Subaru XV
A few days ago I noticed a loud creaking noise while driving my Subaru XV. It had been raining and the road was wet, and it's recently gotten a lot colder here in the UK. The noise sounded like creaking door hinges or mattress springs. The noise was only really noticeable at lower speeds.
A couple of days later, after no more rain, the noise was gone.
The following day, the noise was back, after some more wet weather, but less than before.
Today, it was raining heavily and the road was very wet. The noise disappeared again, during the wettest part of the day, but this evening after a few hours of dry weather the noise was back louder than ever.
I called my mechanic on Monday and explained the issue but he didn't seem too concerned. Said it sounded like some water had got in behind the bushings but nothing serious. He's booked us in to look at the car in 12 days time and said it sounded like the car would be safe to drive until then.
I'm just feeling anxious about it as, when it's there, the noise is loud, and I've read stories online about failing ball joints and loss of control. The car handles absolutely fine at the moment, no stiffness, but I am worried I'm putting my family at risk still driving it. Unfortunately we don't have another option. We only have the one car and we live in a rural location so need to use the car to get the kids to school and my wife to work.
Looking for any advice as to whether it sounds like we can put up with the intermittent noise for another couple of weeks or whether it is more urgent and needs immediate attention.
