I want to do more with presence sensors and bluetooth room tracking. Is there a reason I would want to do each with separate devices vs one that does it all? For example a Sonoff (or similar low cost) for presence and an esp32 for bluetooth room tracking Vs getting one device that does both like the Apollo or Everything Presence? The main reason I see is the cost. If I get the Sonoff and ESP32 from Aliexpress that will come in at around £11 pounds delivered. If I order an Apollo msr-1 it comes in at around £38 delivered. I'm wondering though more on the functionality of one method vs the other. Any thoughts are appreciated.

A property management got a person in my property two weeks ago. Neighbors called the cops due to the tenants boyfriend kicking in the front door. The tenant herself got arrested (for warrant theft of air unit at prior rental) the broken deadbolt was changed to protect her stuff and our property while she was detained. She bailed out today and is threatening a lawyer for illegally changing the locks. We have given her a notice to evict and the sheriff department has been paid to serve the notice.
Given the locks were broken and the property and her things were unprotected while she was arrested. Is the property manager in the wrong for fixing the locks? (24hr notice was given to the number listed on the application)
We’ve offered to return the key until the sheriff ordered eviction runs it course but I’m curious does she have legal ground to stand on?

I just downloaded this app today as I wait for my Insta pot to come in the mail. I thought it might be nice to browse and save a few recipes.
I noticed that some of the recipes have ratings on them, but I am unable to locate any actual reviews, nor do I see an area to review a recipe once you have made the meal. It is helpful to be able to read the reviews in case people mention if something is too bland, salty, spicy, etc., so you can adjust the recipe to your liking.
So, what am I missing?
