2024.11.27 23:24 Biterdii Suunto Race Free diving + scuba diving
Hi all! This weekend I was in a pretty island and decided to go scuba diving. I knew the suunto race does not have diving computer application BUT, it has mermaiding. This can be used for free diving. Eventhough I was scuba diving I used the watch in mermaid moud and recorded the activity. It worked perfect.
There is but one catch. It will stop measuring after 10m depth. They have limited the watches capabilties by software Id say. I guess Suunto knows that if the Race can work as a scuba diving computer, nobody would buy their specific diving computers.
Anyway, just letting you all know that I could see the watch perfectly underwater and all functioned correctly.
PS. Please suunto increase the depth sensor to 30m! Hahah

2024.11.27 23:24 Ornery_Strawberry_28 Update on MIL who refuses to cut contact with my estranged parents
I did as you all said and went NC with MIL but due to some complications (she currently has my dog as DH and I try to find somewhere to live) I didn’t block her just in case an emergency occurs.
Yesterday she called me a few times and I didn’t answer. She called another few times and I thought maybe something was wrong with my dog. I was wrong, she was extremely upset that I had been ignoring her. She started hysterically crying when I told her the reasons why I stopped responding to her. I swear, every time I opened my mouth to explain what she did wrong she would repeat “but I love you, I love you, you can trust me”. Then when I told her I can only trust her when she blocks my abusive parents, she kept asking “why”.
I called her out on a few snakey behaviours like talking behind my back about my parents to my DH and her other family members and she couldn’t say anything except “it’s because I love you”.
She was completely drunk by the way. Ridiculous.
Anyway, a couple hours later she texted DH saying she had an asthma attack and almost died and that she would like us to live with her.
She didn’t respond to my text saying I can’t trust her unless she cuts contact with my parents. I think that says it all.
