2024.11.28 00:42 Ornery_Instance_1495 Arrested for destruction of property. Police Dept made a mistake and listed it as a Felony- “Assault on unborn child”
I (41F) got into an altercation with my ex husbands ex-girlfriend. My ex and I typically co-parent very well and live just a block away from another. My son and I use his pool from time to time. My ex was not home at the time. I had a few of my mom friends over along with their children. My car along with friend’s vehicles were in the driveway. I was actually packing up my SUV and his ex-gf pulls up and charges me, gets in my face and keeps repeating “hit me, hit me” For background, she has sent her last 3 exes to jail for false allegations. I was not going to hit her bc I knew exactly what she was trying to do. She punched me in the side of my face 2x. I then grabbed her phone and threw it along with her purse. I called the police to report the assault. I should mention, this was all caught on camera. Police come, she’s arrested for assault- I’m arrested for destruction of property for throwing her iPhone which is a felony bc it’s over 1k. We are both taken to jail. I have to stay the night because mine was a felony. The most awful experience of my life. I have never been arrested or any trouble. We live in a small town, apparently people check the arrest records on the daily. The police dept made a mistake and posted my charge with my mugshot with felony charge of ASSAULT ON AN UNBORN CHILD. I cannot tell you how many people texted me- asking. I even had random people posting my mugshot on my business social media. I asked the PD about this and they said it was a mistake. I value my reputation and up until this I was a respected member of our community. Do I have any legal recourse here against the police department? Please advise. Happy to respond with any questions

I went to surterra today and got a bunch of different 5 pack pre roll strains. I got home and wanted to smell the different ones to see which i liked best. I reached for the Honeydew Lemonade first to check it out and I shit you not there is nothing in the container.... How could something like this even happen. 2024.11.28 00:42 Low_Reserve_5248 Medication review.
On Quetiapine for 5 years. I'm having mixed episodes really bad self-harm and suicidal mixed with no sleep and racing thoughts.
Been in and out of hospital finally after weeks my medication is getting review next week.
I do believe my Quetiapine has stopped working what other medication will help my moods be "normal" again. The mixed stuff is horrible.
Seeing the Psychiatrist I'd like to seem like I know what's best from others like me am scared to go off Quetiapine because it's saved my life but it's just stopped working.
I know everyone is different just nice to see others and there combos.

As a Uni student in Manchester (Salford) many of my friends don’t listen to the same artists as me as I listen to a lot of Indian music. I went to see Shreya Ghoshal at the AO Arena back in February. It was my first ever Solo concert and it was amazing.
I went to see Raf Saperra in Club Academy (Uni of Manchester Student Union) by myself and it was really good as well and I even made a few friends at the concert as well (it was standing and most people there students as well)
