Hi! I’m super new to all of this and I’ve never looked at anything like this before but I’d love some advice I’m 28 (f) and have one child already I had at 20 naturally, I’ve never had any issues with my periods other than pain, but this year just after my wedding I started being irregular (they’ve always been perfectly on time) so I went for a blood test and ultrasound and it was all completely normal, a month later I missed out on one period and I had a blood test and my fsh was 67.3! I have no idea what this will mean for me as I was hoping to try for a baby with my husband, I’m having another blood test in 2 weeks I’m glad I have found a space within this as I think I might need it going forward If anybody has any insight or guesses I’d gladly hear

I guess i want to add more memories but I dont want it to be too long and its hard to articcualte everything -- I'm looking or a feedback or thoughts from your point of view
we're today to celebrate my mom’s life in her cherished backyard. This space is incredibly special—not just because it’s where my brothers and I grew up or because it’s been the setting for so many celebrations—but because it’s a project my mom poured her heart into during the early stages of her diagnosis. Renovating the backyard was something she always wanted to do. It became her solace and optimism—a symbol of hope and resilience even as she faced challenges.
She held onto that an optimism for life and resilience even at the crux of her battle. Over the summer, she was still planning her birthday trip to Vegas with the girls. And just last month, she was envisioning her next project: renovating the bathroom.
Her career was another part of her that grounded her in the present. She worked long days, endured lengthy commutes, and persevered with confidence. She worked tirelessly up until three months before the end. That continues to amaze.
Somewhere along the way, we started calling her “Molly.” It captured all her quirks and lovable qualities. Even while I’ve been in New York, she found ways to care for me—sending care packages with my favorite treats, multivitamins, and her go-to Revlon eye creams.
One time, instead of signing a note with “Love, Mom,” she drew a lopsided heart and wrote, “I’m not very good at drawing hearts.” It was such a simple, endearing moment, but it was so her—genuine, loving, and real. She never pretended to be anything other than herself, and I’ll always admire that.
Her quirks were uniquely her. She’d insist Equal sweetener was the only one that worked for coffee, pronouncing my older brothers middle name correctly , & __n. She held her ground on things she cared about, and it was endearing.
As I write this, I’ve been listening to her favorite music from the '70s and the soundtracks she loved: the Gipsy Kings, the Bee Gees, Saturday Night Fever, and Grease. These songs take me back to car rides and long drives, where she’d hum softly or belt out her favorite parts. Sometimes, she’d groove her arms to the beat.
And on special occasions, she’d go full-on disco—dancing like she was back in her heyday. Mom was a vibe—she truly was. I’ll always remember her that way: grooving above life’s worries and above the bad, and celebrating the moment.
Her strength, kindness, and joy are what I’ll carry with me. And I hope we can all hold on to a little bit of her carefree spirit as we celebrate her life today.

Estoy en un punto de mi vida en el que mi salud mental va de mal en peor y esto genera hábitos con impactos negativos físicamente también. Esta semana intente implementar una mejor alimentación a mi rutina diaria, salir a caminar en las mañanas y disminuir un poco el uso de redes sociales, buscando un punto medio entre el realismo, de no planear cambios extremos que me sean imposibles de seguir de un día al otro, pero a la vez siendo cambios significativos en cierta medida para comenzar un cambio seguro. Lo que pasa es que me mata la procrastinación, no dejo de posponer mis planes una y otra vez hasta que termino no haciendo nada.
¿Algún consejo para canalizar los pensamientos intrusivos que me estancan en la misma rutina y los mismos errores? Cualquier método que les haya funcionado me sirve para la experimentación jajajaj el punto es probar hasta dar con algo que me ayude a centrarme.
