2024.11.28 00:40 figuringthingsowt Modded Skyrim legendary Dungeons how to get past the ice blockade in direfrost keep?
So I began a quest to explore direrost keep. however, there's a huge ice wall blocking the entrance. I tried looking around for some kind of a lever, I even tried blasting it with spells and nothing happened. It won't even let me climb over it. Has anyone figured out how to get past it. There isn't many videos on the subject and the one guy who explored the dungeon he just absolutely bypassed it with another mod which I don't have available to myself.

I’ve been with ups for a month now and it’s been great, im on small sort/preload. I know if you have enough seniority you get holiday pay and all that but what would it be for a seasonal? Is it just time and a half or is there a chance it could be double time?

2024.11.28 00:40 Bottle_Sweaty Insurance denied zepbound, stating I must go to weight management for 6 months, but weight management denied seeing me bc my BMI is not over 30
I'm hoping it's OK to post this in here.
I had originally asked my primary doctor about phentermine, but he didn't feel comfortable prescribing it. He referred me to weight management, but my referral was denied because they only see people if their BMI is 30 or over and/or if there's a comorbid condition (hypertension, diabetes, etc), which don't apply to me.
My doctor prescribed zepbound, but the prior authorization was denied stating I need 6 months of weight management.
How do I navigate this catch-22?

2024.11.28 00:40 EricYULReddit Direct connections to external node not working on pfSense VLAN
Hello,
I hope somebody can help me because I exhausted all my debugging skill on that.
So, I am using pfSense CE and I have multiple VLAN setup; in addition to the untagged default management LAN.
I did follow this guide so I can have direct connection to my external Tailnet nodes : https://tailscale.com/kb/1146/pfsense#direct-connections-for-lan-clients
After making these modifications, anything on my LAN successfully have direct connections to external nodes (I can see an entry on the NAT-PMP status page on the pfSense and by using the tailscale netcheck command).
My problem is that everything that lives on a VLAN doesn't create NAT-PMP connection and all connections to those nodes resort to DERP Relays.
I don't see any firewall rules that could create this behavior, and couldn't find any configuration related to VLAN (aside that I did select all my listening VLAN interface in the NAT-PMP configuration).
Any idea ?

2024.11.28 00:40 Sm0lBean000 Took my very first 0.25 shot tonight!
I battled my insurance for two months and finally got my first 4 doses of 0.25 a week ago. Waited until today to take the first one, and in the meantime, I gathered all of the vitamins and supplements I've seen other people utilize for their own journeys. I waited to do it toward the evening, to see if I can sleep through any side effects. Also, it was nice to wait till my husband was home from work, so he could be there with me for moral support. He helped watch the yellow bar and he cheered for me after. I'm so happy and excited. I have pre-diabetes and hypothyroidism (and possibly hashimotos) and I've struggled with weight my whole life, sitting at a whopping 323.5 lbs currently. I really, really hope this works out in the end.
