So some disclaimers. I might actually be in the wrong. But this whole situation just upsets me for so many different reasons.
So, about a month ago, my mom bought these expensive brand heels. The thing is, she bought them 3 sizes too small. Which is exactly my size. So, she gave them to me. She literally said “I’ll give them to you” and put them in my hands.
I’ve only worn them two times. After every use I’ve cleaned them and I’ve been taking care of them. I’ve grown attached to these because at 19 yo, those heels are the first real things my mom has ever gifted me.
So now about our history. My mom basically hates me. I have ADHD, so I’m kind of the disappointment in her eyes. No matter what thing I do, she criticizes. And no matter what I get wrong, she blames it on the ADHD. I’ve overheard her saying how she “feels bad for me” because I have ADHD. So, when she gave me the heels, I was so surprised. Because up until now, she’s only gifted me things because she HAS to. Like on Christmas where, if she doesn’t, my siblings will be suspicious of Santa Claus. Even my birthday…she stopped giving me gifts since I was 13. It’s not that I expect it, but I was just super happy. Because her and my relationship has been calm recently. And now she gave me a gift.
But since three days ago. She has been screaming at me to give the shoes back. Because “ you’re clothes is cheap looking and doesn’t go with it” “I can’t watch you ruin those heels” “you’re little sister(who is two sizes smaller and 9 yo) can wear them”” “they’re too expensive for you” “I never even gave them to you and you stole them” And it’s just the same pattern again. Every time our relationship gets better, she grabs on to a stupid reason, and blows up at me. And my dad and her relations ship has been bad too, so she’s also taking that stress out on me. But, this time, that reason is the heels. And I’ve grown attached to the heels, so I don’t really want to give them back.
Reasons. 1. No one else in the family can wear them because their feet are either too small or big
- I’m actually taking care of them.
- She’s blaming this all on my ADHD saying people with ADHD can’t take care of things properly
- Up until now, I’ve let her win every fight. After every fight, I have written her an apology letter that I don’t even mean because if I don’t, she goes around the whole family to tell them about her POV. Which you know is super messed up because she also goes around saying a symptom of ADHD is lying, so that no one believes me when I say my side.

With all the hoop-la about BF sales on VPNs, I've taken a look at a few and...I just can't find a reason that paying for one would be useful to me. Am I missing something?
I don't do any torrenting or downloading of illegal stuff so...why would I care that my ISP has a log of what website I've visited?
The ONLY advantage I've seen was by spoofing the location, I was able to get access to a few different movies on Netflix (older movies)--but that wasn't for $5-6/mo to me.
What am I missing here?

New grower, I just received this apples and bananas clone in the mail last week. Transplanted to a one gallon fabric pot. Organic living soil from a local hydroponics shop, mixed roughly 20% organic worm castings and a tablespoon of Gaia greens 4-4-4 all purpose. When I gave it the first watering it seemed to perk up a bit. By the next morning it was looking like this again and has continued to struggle. My water is 6.0ph, testing with a pen and drop kit. Running a spider farmer sf2000 about 20" above at 80%. Also running a humidifier trying to keep it around 40-50%. The other clone I received is doing fine. Any suggestions are appreciated.

2024.11.28 01:32 udcvr Why might someone get post nasal drip when sick but almost never nasal congestion?
22M. Nonsmoker.
I have this problem where when I get sick, I get crazy postnasal drip even if my nose has no congestion. Sometimes I do get congestion but I more frequently get postnasal drip way before even if it does come on later.
This issue started after I got Covid the first time, before vaccines were out and I got SUPER sick in a really new and weird way. Not necessarily saying it's connected, but I will say I don't get sick the same way I used to. It happens way more frequently and I have a harder time getting over it.
Basically every time I get sick now, I either get a cough or sore throat for a few days, and then eventually it turns into a productive cough where I hack up GIANT clumps of thick mucus. Sometimes accompanied by nausea or even vomiting if tons of mucus is dumping down my throat. Sometimes that comes after the congestion rolls in, sometimes before, sometimes the congestion never rolls in and I still get it.
The year after I had covid, so about 4 years ago now, I got sick and basically never healed. I was coughing shit up like this for about a year, but I did have a heavy amount of nasal discharge too, on and off. Doctors could not figure out what the hell was wrong with me. I tried several antibiotics, had a scope shoved up there more time than I can count, and a CT done of my sinus cavities. Now, I don't have that chronic issue at all. But when I do get sick, the gross productive cough, sore throat, and nausea is very present.
It's so confusing to me and I doubt I'll find a real answer here, but I'd love to hear any reasons as to how I can even be having such intense postnasal drip with no congestion. I do sometimes feel pressure in my ears, as though some part of my head is congested, but how could it be that it doesn't come out my nose? Anybody smarter than me have some insight? Thanks.
