2024.11.28 02:40 javaman9924 Help: First time making enchilada sauce but sauce has bitter aftertaste. Can this be salvaged?
I made enchilada sauce using guajillo, arbol and ancho peppers. It has nice flavor and just the right amount of spice. However, it has a bitter aftertaste which seems to have become pronounced as the sauce cooled. I added lemon juice but it does not seem to have made a difference.
Is there anything else I can do to remediate this? OR do I need to toss this and start afresh? Help!

He found out later that her ex was in touch with her ex and the things went very very crazy after that.
Aaba he has expressed that, he has no will and every thing has been ruined, to all his family members and the main problem chai k ho bhanda, usko family members haru ley chai if any thing happened to him, they wont leave his ex bhanney kura garnu bhako cha. He was their only child with no father. Usko aama ley chai, I have nobody if he vanishes. So even if I have to hurt somebody I will. i am ready to to jail. I have nothing to lose bhannu huncha, I'm worried.

GAS UNC here. Haven't posted in a minute but wanted to give my two quick cents on the AI usage in Bomb Music Video.. well basically, its... BOMB (no pun intended)
The reason why I think this is: I work for one of the biggest Ai companies in the world and it shows me that Ai use wont be slowing down so I will not loose my job and will probably get a raise so I can get some big fucking bucks and probably buy the house I want and will stop being stuck in this shitty 4 bedroom house that I dont even like anymore, And I can redo our kitchens and give my daughter a pet horse and get her horse back riding lessons so she stops twerking on TikTok. . Ok, rant over. Well, not really. Basically my daughter is a whole bum right now and I want her to start horse back riding. Ever since I saw the movie Sea Biscuit I was so fascinated by horse back riding, I started learning a bit but I had to stop because it just wasn't for me. I was more interested in horse racing gambling which lost me around 500k, part of the reason that ruined my marriage for a little bit, the stroke was the real catalyst though. Now, THAT is a whole nother story... lol. I enjoyed the music video too in terms of the visual inspiration. Mad Max (1979) is a classic. Fun fact in the new one over eighty percent of the effects seen in the film are practical effects, including stunts, make-up, and sets. CGI was used sparingly.

I work on a postpartum unit. It’s not a bad place to work, average I would say, like any other unit we have busy days and slow days. We have this one nurse, we’ll call her Tracey. Tracey had been a postpartum nurse for over 13 years. She is well liked by patients and usually does a pretty good job.
Lately, something has been going on with Tracey. She wants to do as little work as possible. As soon as she comes in the door and gets report on her patients, she will come find me (the charge nurse) and talk about how her assignment isn’t fair. I will show her my master list and discuss the patient load that everyone else has and show her that she’s not being picked on nor does she have a harder assignment than anyone else.
We have to pick up an extra shift once every 8 weeks and are considered on call. The previous charge nurse texted Tracey and told her she could have to come in for her call shift. She replied “k” and then when she got to work she cried during report and then for over 5 hours. Any time I would ask her if she needed help or a question, she would cry and say how stressed out she was.
The other night it was extremely busy and I gave Tracey a choice to either take the next admission or go help another nurse get caught up since that nurse’s patient had a massive hemorrhage and got transferred to icu early on in the shift. She immediately cried and ran away and went missing for over 30 minutes. later she came back and said she would take the next admission.
I have emailed our managers my concerns. I know Tracey suffers from depression and I am trying to be compassionate and understanding. She calls out frequently and when she does come to work she literally cries at every task asked of her and complains about how stressed she is for over half the night. She isn’t dependable and I have to walk on eggshells all night to make sure I don’t make her mad when I’m always kind and respectful to her, I just need her to do her job. How would you handle an employee like this? I don’t have time to sit and coddle her every night because I usually have my own assignment on top of charge duties to deal with but I am as supportive as I can be. Tracey is also 50 years old. I understand being stressed and having poor emotional regulation in maybe someone in their early 20s with no previous employment experience but I’m not as understanding if it’s used in a middle aged woman to potentially manipulate me into feeling bad for her so she doesn’t have to do as much work (I’m concerned this is what’s going on). I was able to recreate the straw hat’s iconic ship by using a variety of building mats in the game all the way from the sails, deck patio and lion figurehead.
