T47 bottom bracket?

Can someone help me figure something out. I’m trying to buy a Di2 ultegra groupset and I don’t what type of bottom bracket I need for my frame (Standert Triebwerk) that has a T47. I have the options of English threaded, Italian threaded, press fit bb86, bb30 adapter shim…if anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it.

My concern was that money was being deducted from my cheque as an RRSP contribution but deposited as a DPSP contribution. In asked if this was a normal or legal thing to happen.
Of course, no one here would even try to answer that question. Instead you all tried to gaslight me into believing there was no problem.
But here we are not and I’ve confirmed my employer is completely incompetent (or is dishonest and pretending to be incompetent) and misapplication funds.
At least I was able to resolve the problem with assistance from elsewhere. Thanks for nothing!

hi! this is just going to be a quick rant bc the service i have gotten at straighttalk is insane. the customer service representative are always ill prepared and honestly quite aggressive and rude. i called multiple times to have the address changed on one of my packages and they refuse to change it and they tell me to call ups.. i have also called ups and they said that straighttalk locked the package and cant change the address. i was confused but it was no big deal as it was my neighbors house and i could just go pick it up.
i had another package arriving today, and for some odd reason ups said that the address was missing the apartment number. i was confused and checked back to my order confirmation to see that the apartment number was on the shipping address and called ups. ups them tells me i have to call straighttalk as they cant do anything. i call straighttalk and at this point im a little fed up with them and they insisted i put in the address wrong which was incorrect and told them as such bc the address was right on the confirmation email.
i then call back later today to issue a refund and they cant do it until the packages make their way back to them so now i am missing out on the black friday deals and cannot purchase any new phones in store.
honestly im quite annoyed and appalled on how they handled this situation. straighttalk is a good carrier if you do not need to speak with a representative bc 9/10 they will not solve your problem.

TL; DR My Subaru Legacy has always had some resistance shifting into the next gear, but tonight after parking on a decline it was shifting like a new car.
I purchased my 2010 Subaru Legacy 2 years ago. There was always a little resistance shifting (at the gear shifter) into the next gear. Sometimes it would "catch," feels as if it caught a tooth or just had more resistance than it should. This was most pronounced 1st to 2nd, 2nd to 3rd, and 3rd to 2nd; though it could happen in any gear. It improved as the car warmed up. I always assumed that it was worn synchros.
About one year ago the head gasket went. The head gasket along with every other gasket and O ring, timing chain, etc was replaced. Since then it has had constant issues with loss of coolant and oil, but that is neither here nor there. When the head gasket was replaced I had the clutch replaced then also and there was no change in shifting behavior.
As I said, the resistance improved when the car was sufficiently warmed up but was never perfect. It was also better in warmer weather- 60F degrees and above. Also, if I shifted slower it often went into gear easier. There are some occasions where I have to park on a hill on my property like tonight. Usually I park facing the incline- uphill, but tonight I parked facing downhill. It's fairly steep...
...Tonight when I hopped in my car to run to the store I immediately noticed how easily it went into 1st gear (it's also 30F degrees outside). As I got moving it shifted into every gear super easy. Approaching a stoplight I even downshifted into first with no difficulty. I went to the store and when I got back in the car 25 minutes later after being parked on a flat parking lot I started to feel the resistance at each shift again.
It sounds like some kind of fluid or lubrication issue, but I have never heard of this before. I bet there are a bunch of gear heads and enthusiasts who with a high confidence could tell me what is causing this. I'm planning on trading the car soon, but it's now winter and will be cold and would love to get to the bottom of this. Thanks guys!!!
