This game was totally off my radar as the name didn’t mean anything to me and the cover art didn’t grab me as this being anything special. However I saw a review on YouTube and took a shot - SO GLAD I DID!
This game is truly a gem and the ultimate couples game! I play hundred of games a year and I’ve played this with my wife 15 times in 3 days.
A cooperative tile laying game with legacy boxes that give you new tiles and rules is just so much fun. The high you get from placing sweet tiles in just the right place to score massive points is so thrilling and you’ll be high fiving your partner throughout the game.
It’s so damn chill too - pour some wine, get some cheese and crackers, put on some calming instrumental music and build your sprawling village. Unlock boxes, get new tiles, new goals, new rules.
I’ve never seen my wife so happy to play a game! And I just put her through Daitoshi and Nucleum 😂
I’ve been looking for a couples game of this magnitude and so happy I found it. I know it’s super popular but for those of you who are like me and say “Dorf Romantik? What the hell does that mean?” GET THIS GAME!! It deserves all the hype it’s received. I m already eyeing up the new Asian themed version that just came out.

Hey everyone, I’m looking to buy a blender during Black Friday sales. After some research I am feeling pretty set between the X2 or the X5. The physical buttons on the X2 really appeal to me and I think I am leaning towards that one but I’m looking for some insight into the value of the preset modes on the X5. I do see myself using the Vitamix for a wide variety of foods beyond just smoothies (I ask my food processor to do way too much for me). I haven’t owned an appliance with presets like this before and I totally ignore them on my microwave so just wondering, do people who cook and have a vitamix with presets find value in them? Are they actually helpful and is it say, difficult to make things like nut butter etc without the preset modes? Thanks!

Resolvi embarcar num financiamento imobiliário. Escolhi SAC. O contrato fala que o TR é o índice de atualização do saldo devedor. Então eu já esperava o saldo devedor ir aumentando.
O que eu não entendi foi a baixa amortizacao.
Saldo devedor inicial: 176.000 Valor acrescentado ao saldo devedor devido ao ajuste TR: 143,17 Prestacao: 1890,59 (juros + amortizacao + seguro + taxas) Juros: 1697,46 ????? Amortizacao: 98,24 ??????
A tabela entregue pela agência bancária com uma simulação mostrava uma amortizacao mensal de R$419,00. No SAC a amortizacao não é fixa?? Como abaixou para 98,24 e o juros foi quase toda a prestação?
Perguntei para gerente, ela tentou me enrolar, insisti em saber qual é o mecanismo de calculo utilizado, no fim ela disse que ia abrir um chamado.
Alguém aqui consegue desvendar este mistério por esses dados? Existe ajuste no valor de amortizacao no SAC??

Long story short!
I (24F) have had very consistent 34 day cycle and missed my period it has now been about 46 days. Since my period was due to come knocking. I got a blood test done to and it was also negative.
The nurse help line isn’t concerned but it seems very out of the ordinary for me?
Notes: I am married, not under a lot of stress, and have no signs on a period, I’ve gained maybe 5 pounds within the last 3 months?

2024.11.28 02:49 MysteriousStaff3388 I just heard a GenX thing; moms were loving and emotive and tired, dads were good at logistics (fastest way to the airport).
Like, I have not done it justice, but whoa did this resonate with me. Dad was “Don’t have money/oil/random technology he just heard of”. It was good! I knew what to rely on him for. Mom was talking and feelings. But so educated! Just “woman’s work”, because her degree was in healthcare and not rocks? So while equally STEM degrees, they like, absorbed different gender roles. I guess? Help? Unravel why we are going backwards? Big ask.
