The ADHD sub doesn't allow discussion of medication. Which is stupid.
I moved across state lines and ended up with a new neophyte psychiatrist. He has done all kinds of harmful shit. Tried replacing my meds with an SSRI. That was hell. Now I'm at a dose that is LESS THAN HALF of what I had been on for years.
It doesn't work.
My entire everything is falling apart the worst it's ever been. I'm losing relationships, I can't apply to jobs, I can't work on any of my projects, I've lost my core productive habits. Everything is absolutely wrecked and only getting worse.
He doesn't give a shit. Some allistic moron with top down stupidities. Won't listen to reason. Won't listen to evidence.
I've been trying to supplement with caffeine and it only seems to hurt my chest.
I'm allergic to smoke but I was thinking of trying nicotine gum.
Have any of you ever tried nicotine for ADHD symptom management? Or anything else at all?
These psychiatrists pretend like it's all based in medical science BUT IT'S NOT. If it was then every psychiatrist would recommend the same treatment. They do not. Each has their own preferences and politically based biases. They do not practice science.
My life is spiralling and there doesn't seem anything I can do.

I am having to stop medical marijuana for nursing school. I have smoked for years but more so daily within the last 2 years. Night usage mainly - pen in the evening - flower closer to bed and pen at bed / throughout the night for pain to fall back asleep vs taking narcotics prescribed.
I took a dollar tree test yesterday and the results were similar but less apparent.
I definitely think this is a pass right? When should I take a 20ng/ml? This was a 50 ng/mu, I had my spouse take one and his was only the control line & nothing else.
Everyone has always said 30 days, however I am assuming that there are exceptions?
I try to stay hydrated, low body fat. 63.5 inches & 115lbs give or take.
When should I test for the 20ng/ml?

there has been vague information about this topic and I wonder what issues might occur if any soon war breaks out after having received or while attempting to gather the italian citizenship.
What happens if my home-country would be politically contrary towards Italy?
Would there be any issues if they tried to force me to fight before I am an italian citizen?
Is one an automatically excluded candidate after having served military in the ,wrong' or any country and is not able to receive one in Italy?

I've been playing the DLC for a bit, having just beaten Rellana and done a bunch of exploration. But the whole time I've felt as though I'm underleveled, even though I've gathered some sacurdtree blessings and have beaten the base game. Enemies just do a bunch of damage and I feel like I'm just slightly sneezing on them despite having a decent build. So, am I missing something or is this a normal thing to experience?
