I’m looking to be an au pair next fall after I graduate high school during my gap year. I want to do some long term traveling and I found that being an au pair would be a great option. I have never had a problem with children, I actually love interacting with them. I have many younger cousins and family friends that I have been around as they have grown up. Im very high spirted and like playing and caring for children. The problem is I don’t have a large amount babysitting/ childcare hours. I used to occasionally babysit a family with 3 young kids, but I only did so a handful of times; on probably around 5-6 occasions. Once I was around 15 I got employed at my first job aside from my previous babysitting. Since then I’ve focused my job positions on businesses and stores and not put myself in childcare positions.
I would say I have around 30 hours of babysitting experience? Is that enough to become an au pair or should I focus on getting more hours babysitting and such before I graduate.
For those of you who have au paired with little experience or even a lot, does it matter that I don’t have 200+ hours?

 | Edited and re-uploaded to block names and numbers. Twice lol. On my mission, another missionary told me he owned a business in partnership with his dad, and he could help me figure some stuff out when I got home. Having no plan on what to do when I got home from my mission, I took this other Elder up on his offer. His dad was a bishop, and used his status in the Church and my recent return from my mission to build a trust with me and eventually recruit me into Amway. I gave those assholes 5 years of my life, and even got my wife into it. (Something I have and always will regret). I finally left in late 2021 before the birth of my daughter. On my way out, this guy called me and told me that Amway wasn’t my problem, but my relationship with God was off, my relationship with my wife was poor, and my self image was low, so that’s why I was having doubts about staying in Amway. I still left. At this point he was a Stake President and used his status in the MFMC to recruit many other young married couples. And when my wife (who took about a month after me to leave) had told him I had decided to go back to school and had found a path of study I was excited for, this guy told her “don’t be excited for him, he’s settling for mediocre. Don’t celebrate his being average”. I’ve never forgotten how quickly he turned vile when I didn’t fall in line anymore. Now, for the past 3 years he and his wife will throw us into random group texts with his son (the Elder I served with) and daughter in law with pictures of us from some Amway function or another with words like “We miss you!” I never responded, until today. After refusing any form of stepping over boundaries or acknowledging any wrongdoing whatsoever, he blocked me! 😂 This guy ran away as soon as I took the time to call him out for his absolutely disgusting behavior. I’ve been laughing all day at how fast he ran away. Another Mormon chapter of my life has now hopefully come to a close. So, recently I had the idea to create an YouTube movie recap channel. I know people probably are used to the archetype of recap channel where the narrator (usually an AI robotic voice) just states what's happening and basically that's it. Plus there are some people that literally just takes the movie synopyse on internet and ask GPT to rewrite it, or ask for it to create a synopyse itself straightfoward. Althought the effort is little, the chance of success is little as well. That's why I came up with something else: instead of just narrate what's going on, I will actually 'analyze' the film in the sense of trying to beat it. Since in horror movies in general (in which I'll focus) protagonists are that dumb, I think it'd be a nice idea to analyze their errors and what they could've done differently to survive/beat the enemy. I'll also hire a professional editor (because I'm not good at it), however my key distinction will be the fact that I'll hire a professional voice actoactress for each video. I've never seen anyone doing it. What do you guys think? Any tips/advices?

I’ve failed this mission on normal difficulty about 15 times. I cannot for the fucking life of me make it through. Every damn time, I just seem to get absolutely pummeled. No matter what I do.
I’m running a full dire wolf star. I’ve tried long range builds, short range builds, making a firing line and holding my star back, grouping my star up at chock points, supporting the 3 allied mech, using the 3 allied as meats shields. Every, damn, time, it always devolves into a brawl and my AI star mates get torn to shreds 1 by 1. I use the tactical map, I use the damn guard area command, nothing seems to work!
Every time I manage to make it to the airfield objective, I do not have the HP left to stand up to Perez and his star. The one time I did take the fucker down, I realized that the optional objective of taking out his star was only optional in the sense of it’s optional to kill them BEFORE killing Perez and promptly got my ass handed to me at point blank by three near full health mechs.
Yes, I’m not particularly good and don’t like to use cheap strats like strapping 7 ppcs to my Dire Wolves or sending Jaden to the corner of the map to cheese the Perez duel. I admit it’s a skill issue, but I swear I get worse at this missing every time I attempt it. Never had this much of a problem on any other mission either.
Is it just me, or is this level just particularly unforgiving and in fun?
(Side note, I am on console if that makes any difference.)
