I don't know about you guys, but the poker I enjoy the most is the one that comes down to the wire. Imagine creating a game mode that brutally punishes you for losing close games. This is exactly what my casino has done with Texas hold 'em. It's come to the point where if I have a great hand, I don't bother raising because 9 times out of 10 my opponent is going to fold and I won't make enough to make it worth it. So it's either grind at a snail's pace, or risk just losing and not being able to pay my rent. I don't understand how they think that's a good idea.

Okay, I made an awful mistake and this is entirely my fault for doing this through Facebook so please bare with me . I was essentially scammed out of $65 for fearidescent draculaura and paid with PayPal friends and family . Seller said they didn’t get it and I was supposed to send to another email and to send it again because they didn’t get it on the email they sent me (because of limits?? Idk). Ended up with me getting blocked. Now I know I messed up horrendously by going with friends and family PayPal and not vetting the whole process; has anyone had success with bank chargebacks in a situation like this? I know PayPal can’t do anything and I’m freaking out a bit.

I probably seem very confident. Rocking my natural face unapologetically. I don’t look beautiful as Angelina Jolie or whoever the top models are. And yet I don’t try to wear makeup to fit into the mold. Is this why men try to put my looks down? They are intimidated by my natural confidence. I actually despise makeup both physically wearing it and the idea that I am so horrible that I need to cover my face to be presentable in public. I get that it makes women prettier because by its nature it’s meant to bring a woman’s looks to be above average, just wearing makeup itself draws undue attention to a woman’s basic desirable features like eyes and lips and can be used to Hide “flaws” like random spots or freckles…
But I simply don’t give a damn. I’m not a walking painting.
In fact I try to downplay my looks because I don’t like to attract dog men. When I would ply up my looks with fancy hair alone that would make men who wouldn’t pay me attention suddenly acted like I was so interesting. It’s incredibly creepy and gross how shallow men can be. I don’t want to attract shallow men.

I had candidiasis a few days ago and I treated it with some medication I had been prescribed for previously for when I have it. But today, I felt a lot of inchyness on the exterior of my vulva, I ended up scratching it. When I looked at it, one of the inner lips was completely swollen. I panicked and looked up online how to reduce the swelling, I used a cold wet towel. Eventually most of the swelling went down along with the redness. Was this a normal allergic reaction? And has this happened to anyone before? I just want to make sure before I contact my gyno again for help.

Hoping someone can help me. I moved into a leased home in August, where a dog is barking pretty frequently. That's not the problem - the barking sounds almost fake. Like a robot. We've been affectionately calling it "Robo Dog." It was raining a couple of days ago, and I heard the dog crying this time instead of barking. While I was pretty sure the humans that live in this hoarder house leave their dog out during the day, I thought surely they wouldn't leave that dog outside in the rain??
I got a stepladder and peeked over the fence. A German shepherd is chained to a broken cage right against our fence. For how long it's been there, I do not know. It's nails look incredibly long, over an inch past the paw pads, so I know it never gets walked. It was cowering in this dirty and decaying cage that has some turf on top of it. They left that dog out there all day in the rain (along with another large breed of dog that wasn't chained up, but who was also crying and trying to find shelter - wouldn't go near the shepherd). I could hear it crying every so often between my meetings when normally on a sunny day I would hear it barking. This dog didn't bark when I looked over the fence. It looked at me in the saddest way I have ever seen and tried to get out of view from me. Probably terrified of humans.
I called SPCA twice, I called PETA, I called the local PD, but the most I could get was a "we'll send over a well fare check." No follow-up. This honestly isn't the best neighborhood, so I really don't think it would be smart to speak with the people. Otherwise, I would talk to them. I would let them know I can hear their dog suffering, and I'd ask them to surrender it to me. I was thinking about buying a new dog shelter on Amazon, and anonymously sending it over there. What do you think? Throwing over tarps, maybe. Of course then they'll know it's me and I absolutely can't have that. We have a child and a dog of our own. Wouldn't want any burglary heat or worse on us.
Please help me figure out a way to save them. I have two years on this lease, and I believe I was sent here to help these two dogs. I walked by the house tonight - it's 50 degrees. I can hear one or both of them barking outside. The low will be mid-40s tonight. They're going to leave that German shepherd out there. What can I do?
