2024.11.28 06:46 Legend27893 Is there any way to watch for oral cancer after years of using pouches?
I use pouches for years. I had thought it was safer than smoking since you spit the stuff out. However a relative who also never smoked but used pouches got diagnosed with tongue and mouth cancer. I am terrified my years of chewing will cause future issues. I have not chewed in years. I do use nicotine lozenges 3X a day but 99% of the time spit out the saliva from that. Is there a way to get checked for oral cancer? Would going to a local dentist school every 3 months be enough? I do not know if oral cancer like tongue or gum cancer would even show if it was early stage? Wouldn't they need like an MRI or something to really show what is happening? I have never told any provider I chewed because they never asked and they have just been marking non-smoker without asking.

Not trying to get all conspiratorial, but I’ve been seeing all these TikToks about a supposed program built in ‘09 that correctly predicted Trump winning in 2016, among other things. One of the big things was that in 2009, it predicted Trump would go on Joe Rogan and 39 days later, a “battle in the sky with UFOs” would take place.
Now I’m not one to usually believe that crap, but honestly with all of the UAP sightings in the past week alone, it makes me question what’s actually going on

I'm with her from afternoon until she goes to bed 6 days a week. Her sundowning is getting so bad, it's like she loses her mind each night at 6pm. She gets mean, mutters incoherently and starts yelling and crying when I can't immediatly understand her needs. She has called me fat, lazy and stupid. I'm trying to keep her on a schedule, and she hates it. In her eyes I am denying her things when she wamts them. She is wheelchair bound, and needs braces for her arm.
For example she will get upset if I am helping her in the bathroom and go to get her new pants. She views it as I am abandoning her. Or if I tell her I would rather brush her teeth after she eats her cookies. I am a terrible grandaughter for witholding clean teeth, when I just don't want to do it a second time. She chews on the toothbrush and spits and often gets toothpaste in my eyes, which burns like a motha.

এতটুকু পড়লে মনে হয় যেন কোন সিনেমার সাজানো ট্র্যাজিক দৃশ্য। কিন্তু এটাই বাস্তব সত্য।কৃশাণু চট্টোপাধ্যায়ের বাবা কাকা জেঠা তার ঠাকুরদা ঠাকুরদার ভাই সকলেই ইছাপুর রাইফেলে আজীবন কাজ করেছেন। এই রাষ্ট্রের রক্ষায় পুরো পরিবারের সদস্যরা দেশ সেবা করেছেন। প্রতিদানে তাকে নৃশংস ভাবে পিটিয়ে খুন করা হয়েছে। তার অপরাধ সে বাংলার মাটিতে একটি পার্কে বা উদ্যানে প্রবেশ করে ছিল । যেখানে প্রবেশ নিষিদ্ধ ছিল।নিষিদ্ধ স্থানে প্রবেশ করার জন্য আইনে অনেক রকম শাস্তি রয়েছে। কিন্তু প্রাক্তন রাষ্ট্ররক্ষক সেনা কর্মকর্তাদের কাছে রাষ্ট্রের আইনের চেয়েও তাদের হাতের ফাইবার স্টিকে পিটিয়ে খুন করার শাস্তি অনেক সহজ মনে হয়েছে।
কৃষাণু চট্টোপাধ্যায় কে যারা পিটিয়ে খুন করেছে তারা সকলেই হিন্দিভাষী। বিগত কয়েক মাসে মালদা দক্ষিণ ২৪ পরগণা সহ বিভিন্ন জেলার বাঙালি শ্রমিকদের ভারতের বিভিন্ন রাজ্যে পিটিয়ে খুন করার ঘটনা ঘটেছে। দুঃখের বিষয় সেই রাজ্য গুলোর ভাষা হিন্দি। যারা খুন করেছে তারা সবাই হিন্দিভাষী এবং যারা খুন হয়েছেন তারা সকলেই বাঙালি। এই পশ্চিমবঙ্গের বাঙালি ভারতীয় নাগরিক। ভারতের মতো উন্নয়নশীল রাষ্ট্রে বিগত কয়েক বছরের মধ্যে রাষ্ট্রের বিভিন্ন প্রান্তে হিন্দি ভাষী ভারতীয় নাগরিকরা বাঙালি ভারতীয় নাগরিকদের পিটিয়ে খুন করেছেন এমন অসংখ্য ঘটনা উঠে আসছে, এবং প্রায় সব ক্ষেত্রেই খুনিরা অলৌকিকভাবে কোন রকম শাস্তি পায়নি। মৃতরা পায়নি কোন ন্যায় বিচার।
আর নয় , এবার হয় রাষ্ট্র এবং রাজ্য সরকার এই বিষয়ে ব্যবস্থা নিক। নয়তো বাঙালি পথে নামুক। তিলোত্তমা আমাদের বোন তার বিচার যতটা প্রয়োজন, সদ্য ফোটা ফুলের মতো চার বছরের কৌশিকি চট্টোপাধ্যায় আমাদের সন্তান, তার বিচার আমাদের কাছে ততটাই প্রয়োজন। নয়তো ক্ষুদিরাম সূর্য্য সেন মাতঙ্গিনী সুভাষ বসুর জাতিটা ঐ চার বছরের মেয়েটার কাছে অপরাধী হয়ে থেকে যাবে। সমগ্ৰ বাঙালি জাতি একটা চার বছরের মেয়ের সামনে হেরে যাবে। এর চাইতে বড় অপরাধ আর কিছু হতে পারে না।

It took me months but he have finally finished The Walking Dead original series. I'm putting this under spoiler but I imagine everyone has finished the original series. But just to be on the safe side. What a series, I remember hearing from many people in my life that after I think season 6 or 7 that the show started to go downhill. But I have loved every moment. I will the biggest character I hated was Negan when I first met him and saw what he did. But during the Whisper War and everything since then, especially at the Commonwealth. He's really changed. I'm very curious thou how the fuck him and Maggie end up joining forces in the their spin off series. Before I start the newer spin offs I need to continue and finish Fear the Walking Dead and other prequel series. The series finale had me full on sobbing about Rosita. Rosita's ending hit me the hardest. I was crushed. I freaked out when she fell earlier in the finale and then she bursted out. I'm guessing I'll find out in the Rick and Michonne spin off but their reappearance doesn't make sense to me. Like who the fuck took Rick back in season 9 I think it was? I got a lot of catching up to do. Sorry for the rant everyone. Just damn, I wish I wasn't coming in so late in the game. It was the same way with GOT and I love that show. Also hope everyone has a safe and happy Thanksgiving tomorrow. 😊
