Ayup. I'm young, and I know the automatic and genuinely pretty solid response is, 'you're young, you have time, don't stress about these things'. I know more often than not things work themselves out. I have people I can depend on and though I'm by no means exceptional in anyone's life, I haven't let down anyone around me. Not that I can think of, anyway.
I'm unemployed, looking for work, probably going to find it soon. Working retail or something. Terrified of losing what little energy I have in a day, doing sweet fuck all in my room for 14 hours a day except watching youtube and playing video games. I'm not sure how I have so little energy when I'm doing... Nothing. Somehow I have a fiance that loves me, but not any more than their best friends, if that makes sense. We're long distance but meet up every few months, and talk every few days, been together for 7 years. I don't have any hobbies, just a lot of interests. I can go out but don't have any reasons to besides meeting up with friends, who live a few hours away by public transport, who are currently at uni.
I'm not sure what to do. I keep telling myself I'll start running in the morning. I never do. I keep telling myself I'll clean my room. I never do. I can do these things, I have done. I feel good immediately after doing them, but I can never hold it down. It's always easier to just ignore it and play more games or watch more youtube videos. I know it's bad for me, I know that my life and the lives of everyone around me would be improved by me doing something with my days. But I still never do. I'm not sure what this is. Am I lazy? If I am, I don't want to live the rest of my life like this. I don't want to live another month like this. I'm not enjoying it but I am choosing to do it. I don't know why.
My chest feels tight all the time. I sleep during the day, sometimes I can sleep normally for a week or two, but it only ever takes one late night for me. I live with my parents and I know I'm a burden, but in the same way any child is, and I've asked a million times if they mind. They don't, as long as I help out, and I do.
I lie constantly. Never anything big, never about my hobbies, I lie in the way that you lie during conversations. 'I've heard of that!' and 'I was just thinking about that.' Lying about never having heard of something to listen to someone talk about it. I feel like I've buried what I really, truly like and love and enjoy underneath this constant, acute lying, for the sake of others. I don't know how people bother to decorate their rooms with the things they love. I don't know what I love until I figure out what the person I'm talking to would like best.

This fucking sucks. Gonna pour some of the motivation I had to write the rest of this into cleaning my room for a bit. I'm just lost.
