Hello everyone, I am working on differential expression analysis for Multiformis using DESeq2. However, I encounter a strange summary after running the res function. Can someone explain whether this is normal or if there might be an issue with the preprocessing of my RNA-seq data?

Been on 3 dates with a girl who lives about 1 hour away. First two were just getting to know each other, 2nd date got cut short because I had a family emergency. On the 3rd we spent a long time together and held hands at the end of the night and then I dropped her home. We text everyday.
She’s a bit passive, but responds quickly and proactively. When we were holding hands, she seemed really into it and got close to me. Asked her out on a 4th and she said yes.
The issue is that when I asked her out, I said we should spend a full day together, but on Saturday she said she has plans in the evening, so it’ll have to end before that, and on Sunday she’s going on a trip in the morning so we can meet after (she’ll be in my area so it’s convenient).
There’s nothing obviously wrong here, but this doesn’t give me the opportunity to physically escalate. We live in a conservative country and can’t kiss in a public place. Also I live with my family, which she knows, and can’t bring her to my place. Could she be dating other people? Would she agree to a 4th date if she’s on the fence? Is it okay if I say something like, “I mean, seeing you both days doesn’t sound like a bad idea to me?” If not, does Saturday or Sunday make more sense?
Something that really throws me off in dating is that we tend to perceive the same things differently, for me handholding is highly intimate, but for her it could be meaningless. How do you perceive handholding? Would you hold hands with someone you’re not interested in? On this sub I hear stories of people making out on dates and then ending things or ghosting a day later, do people just accept physical attention because it would be awkward not or just to explore?
Another example of this is a first date where the girl sensed strong mutual attraction but I felt none, even though the date went well. Nothing physical happened. After the date I was upfront but she was hurt and confused, and asked her friends to follow up on why I ended things.
I understand her frustration, serious dating is emotionally taxing. Going on multiple dates, waiting for the right moment, summoning up the courage to make a move and spending all that time and money is emotionally exhausting when there’s no pay off in the end. It’s so discouraging that things can just fail after all this effort.

For me it's the Mezco Doctor Doom. I got the figure as a birthday gift from my parents. 15M, 50kg weight, 5'6 height, non smoker, non drinker, I have not been diagnosed with any conditions before.
I don't know wtf is happening. It started happening about a month ago. Around 1 and half week before that I had taken a blood test and according to the blood test, everything is fine(I went to a doctor to see if I have ADHD and the doctor told me to take a blood test. She said that I didn't have ADHD, if anything, I have mobile addiction). So anyways, these days I will suddenly start feeling sleepy at random moments and it isn't light sleep as well. It's the sleep you get after pulling an all nigher, your eyes will become heavy rendering you unable to study. This is an incident that has been happening everyday for about one month. I will suddenly be bit with this heavy need for sleep and I won't be able to do anything. Although sleep is fine but the timing is fucked up. I have my finals in 1 month. If I fail it, my entire 12 fucking years of life will be in vain(I'm from India, our education system might be different than yours). Please help. Idk what the fucks wrong with me.
Ps. This info might be helpful so I used to pull a lot of all nighers before and could easily survive on 4-6 hours of sleep. I usually only got 5 hours of sleep. But nowadays I'm getting like 10-12 hours of sleep. I don't want it tho. This is definitely not normal for me

 | I found this neat little project on the web. Core2 Audio Monitor Original code (not mine): https://github.com/atomic14/m5stack-core2-audio-monitor It uses TFT_eSPI via the M5Stack Core 2 lib. Unfortunately it runs at about 12 frames a second, only runs under Arduino, not the ESP-IDF, requires PSRAM when it doesn't really need it, and it's kind of flickery. So what I did is I ported the project to use htcw_gfx 2.0 and htcw_uix 1.0 - my graphics and user interface libraries. Now I get 30 FPS on the main EQ spectrum analyzer screen, and 21 FPS on the scrolling bitmap spectrum analyzer screen. That's on average of about double the throughput, and pretty close to the max speed the SPI/LCD hardware can operate at. Now it doesn't flicker Now it doesn't require PSRAM. Now it supports both Arduino and the ESP IDF.
