2024.11.28 09:52 e3w3e Gripes about anycubic and questions
I previously had a phrozen sonic mini 4k, it worked great until it didn’t. So I thought that it would be a good time to upgrade to the anycubic photon mono 5s pro since it was on sale for black friday.
It arrived, and completely failed all prints until I switched away from my phrozen brand leftover water washable resin (following as many guides as I could online to troubleshoot that) and got anycubic water wash resin +.
Finally I have had some success with my prints… except that nothing in the middle of the build plate prints successfully. So, I re-leveled it. Still the same issue. Am I doing something wrong here?
Not only did I switch to their resin to try and get it working, but the resin isn’t even as high quality as phrozens was. With phrozen I could print extremely small things with amazing detail but with this printer and its “14k quality” it looks like a potato in comparison.
I contacted support but they only asked about my leds and said they were fine. So my main questions are:
- Whats with the prints not sticking in the middle? 2. How come supports are so solid and hard to remove?
- And lastly, is it the resin that makes it so low quality? Or just the printer itself?

Tried searching first. Recently bought a T480s and unfortunately even thought I was marked as Excellent Condition, when I opened it up I immediately noticed that the battery was bloated.
Pretty pissed…the seller sent me a new battery and of course the battery they sent wasn’t even remotely the right battery, like not even close.
So, I need a new battery. Tried looking on EBay and AliExpress, but honestly I’m completely lost. Not sure which sellers I can trust.
Hoping that someone here has bought a new battery for their T480s recently and can point me in the right direction?

exactly what title says. i got my brother into this game recently and ive been trying to help him farm and very consistently, like multiple times a game, i pick up loot and its just no where on his screen. i gave him loot radar mods and vacuum for his companion so hes not missing it, its just not there for him. its most notably happened with orokin cells, neurodes, and argon crystals. did they change pilfering swarm or is it a different issue
