English is not my first language, based in Europe, working for an American company. Throwaway profile for obvious reason.
A colleague recently confided in me she was sexually harassed/assultated. The context was she was clubbing with colleagues, and a male colleague and her went to a restroom to do drugs. After snorting, the colleague then whipped out his dick demanding a BJ before she could get out of the restroom. He was forcibly blocking the door, preventing her from leaving. Eventually she punched him in the face and got out without any further incident.
Today the male colleague is in a manager position, managing junior sales reps, half of them women and recently graduated from University. That naturally sits very poorly with me, as his behaviour is very predatory. She did not go to HR and report the incident because of the drug circumstances and she's concerned about any repercussions on herself. Note, we are all part of the sales organisation in our region and do occasionally cross paths, though we do not work directly with each other.
Is there any way of tipping this off to HR and what is the likely outcome? Any other comments would be massively appreciated, thank you.

Been trying to find a new role within the same sector, had interviews with 7/8 different companies, one company I’ve had 5 interviews for the same role. Only had 1-2 proper rejections, the rest I’ve interviewed for and not heard a peep back since. A few have been rec2rec produced but likewise, heard nothing back. Is this due to the state of the market at the minute or am I just dealing with the wrong kind of agencies?

Messenger sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) said: “If a woman dies while her husband was pleased with her, she will enter Paradise.” [At-Tirmithi, Ibn Maajah and Al-Haakim, from Umm Salamah]We can see here the virtue of being an obedient wife and the rights a husband has over his wife. To put it into perspective, the hadith mentioned that obeying the husband and being a good wife is equal to Jihaad in Women, Subhanallah. And that obeying her husband is among other great Deeds, such as praying, guarding her chastity and fasting on the month of Ramadan for the amazing privilege of entering paradise from any gate she wishes. The hadith also mentioned that if a Woman dies whilst her husband is pleased with her she may enter paradise.
Ibn ‘Abbas may Allaah be pleased with him reads: “A woman (Asmaa’ bint Yazeed) came to Allah's Messenger sallallaahualayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) and said: “O Allah's Messenger! I am speaking on behalf of women; Allah has ordained Jihad on men. If they achieve victory, they are rewarded; and if they are killed, they will live with their Lord, Who provides for them. And we – the women - support them and take care of them, what is our chance and reward (since we help them)?” Allah's Messenger sallallaahualayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) said: “Inform every woman you meet that a woman's obedience to her husband and recognizing his rights will be equal to all of that (i.e. the Jihad of men) and only a small number of you (woman) will do that (obedience to a husband and recognizing his rights).” [Al-Bazzaar and at-Tabaraani]
‘Aa’ishah may Allaah be pleased with her asked the Prophet sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ): “O Allah's Messenger! Which person has the greatest right over his wife? He said: ‘Her husband.' She asked again: ‘Which person has the greatest right over a man? He said: ‘His mother'” [Al-Bazzar and Al-Haakim with a good chain of narrators]
Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “If a woman prays her five prayers, fasts her month of Ramadan, guards her chastity, and obeys her husband, she will enter Paradise from any gate she wishes.” Source: Ṣaḥīḥ Ibn Ḥibbān 4163 Grade: Sahih (authentic) according to Al-Arna’ut
Indeed a good wife is a Woman who obeys her husband in halal and seeks to fulfill all his rights, whilst ensuring he is pleased with her. Allah has promised the sisters an enormous reward for this and made it literally equal to Jihaad. The sisters should not shy away or see it as a negative thing to obey their husbands, it is indeed a great Deed in the sight of Allah. And what matters except what is good in the sight of Allah?
