I've tried really hard. maybe too hard. I always try too hard. then people tell me "don't be too hard on yourself".
I've read a few things about self-love. telling yourself that you love yourself. staring in the mirror until you feel it down there. taking a shower.
but I can't tell why these things don't seem to work out?
maybe I'm just blind to the progress? my body image has improved a lot.
What have you tried so far? Has it worked? Any serious lifestyle changes you found important, or maybe just some small things? I find relaxation to be useful, but then it's only temporarily.
