After all the failed dates and non-responces on dating apps,I think I'm just gonna accept the fact that I might be just ugly. In fact, I'm going to resist any positive thought about myself. Because people lie to me, and if I indeed was as beautiful, smart, open-minded and kind as people try to tell me (which is just to pity me, because no truly attractive person needs reassurance in their attractiveness), I would not have been alone and miserable, and guys would actually try to be with me. That's it. Truth lies in the fact that most attractive guys are not interested in me, thus, I'm ugly.

Hi all, so I have a Minolta XT-1 with an MD mount. I have a cheap Samyang 70-200 f4-5.6 lens that has been fine for most uses, but recently my partner got a Konica t4 with a 75-210 f3.5-4.5 macro that is WAY nicer. It’s heavier and bigger, but when I look through it I get so much more light and I can focus so much better.
With our 50mm lenses attached, our viewfinders look almost identical, but with our telephoto lenses attached, hers looks way better. Mine is heavily vignetted and I can barely focus as the focusing screen is so sensitive to the position of my eye in the viewfinder, and it often just goes black.
My lens has a diameter of 52mm and hers 55mm. I don’t have them on me now, but the diameter of the inner glass element closer to the camera body is wayyy larger on hers than mine. The only photos I have are actually one I took of the Konica from the Minolta, and then a random phone photo of the Minolta.
Even my 135mm 3.5 is way better than my 70-210 at 135mm.
So two questions: 1- what’s the reason for this? What causes two similar lenses to be so drastically different?
And 2- I can’t seem to find any lenses that Minolta makes that are more professional grade for the MD Mount that have telephoto or zoom specs. Do they make any? Are lens mount adapters any good?
I’m looking at a new body anyways cause mine isn’t great. I’ve thought Konica or Olympus would be nice. Any recs are appreciated.

hello all, male 40 here.
I have always been a procrastinator, always struggled with organized studying so quit after high school, had various sales jobs , currently working at car dealership. Married with 3 kids.
Always loved different side hobbies, flipping cars , projects, parts - even have a side business running some sales vans.
About 1.5 months ago, I daytraded stocks and ended up losing around 60k USD in a day.
Ever since that day , its like a switch got turned off. All joy disappeared, sleeping got worse, depression/anxiety for the future set in - I can afford the loss but I have completely lost confidence in myself, I blame my actions - Suicidal thoughts come and go but I need to hang in there for my kids and wife - Im overweight and havent really taken care of my health for the last 10-15 years.
I really dont want to do meds but heavy brainfog 24/7 and insomnia is a problem now. Things arent working too well in the bedroom either..
I have no idea what to do,
Everyone comments Ive gone so quiet etc are you ok - Im isolating myself, I dont feel like I have anything to say or contribute and no joy/plans.
Ive spoken to some friends about it and they all say its just money and I agree, but it seems to have set in motion just a huge wave of anxiety/depression/blame.

Hi all,
I've got a weird heating issue which I'm looking for help with
Gas boiler - Worcester Bosch Greenstar, firing up, shows 62c on the display, with the flame symbol and rad symbol
3 zones - 2 radiator zones, 1 underfloor zone
Rads are coming up to 30c but no more (using infrared thermometer)
Underfloor floor temp is 20c, pipework shows 30c
System pressure is at 1.5bar, gave it a top up, but looks ok
I've been around bleeding radiators and underfloor, no major air at all, clean water coming through
Heating has been worked fine since late Sept, no issues during recent cold spell, but house is cold and rooms aren't coming up to temp at all today (9c here now)
Have turned everything on/off, have checked the TRV's.
The downstairs rads are doing marginally better than upstairs, but underfloor still doing very little.
Can't get hold of a plumber locally to look, so I'm stuck DIY'ng this and trying to troubleshoot. Anything else I can try?

Good morning, this week the dose of mounjaro I needed was out of stock (12.5). I’ve been on 10mg for the past few months and I’ve been taking it every Sunday. This week, I was waiting for my prescription to be filled but I couldn’t get ahold of the new dose in time. I had an extra 5mg in my fridge and took that on Tuesday (I figured I’d only take a half dose since I’m half way through the week). How should I proceed with the next dose? I was able to get the 12.5mg dose yesterday. Thank you!!!

Vou contar uma proeza que aconteceu comigo ontem com uma vaga de atendente de telemarketing home office, e detalhe: CLT
Eu, [F] [19] estava indo pra minha primeira entrevista de emprego da vida, apesar de já era trabalhado, sempre foi pra conhecidos e de forma informal. Quando cheguei, 30 minutos antes, os entrevistadores estavam atrasados, chegaram 30- 40 minutos depois, e a entrevista foi de 3 em 3. Quando entramos basicamente não houve entrevista, única pergunta que fizeram foi "vocês tem experiência com vendas?" E o resto da entrevista foi eu e os outros observando esse tiozão e a assistente trabalharem e se embolarem com informações de pessoas que entraram antes de nós e outras que já estavam trabalhando, papo de uns 20 minutos assim, quase perdi minha paciência. Eu e a menina do meu lado trocamos papo antes da entrevista, na entrevista conversamos por mensagens de celular rápidas (podia pegar).
Resumindo a vaga: Atendente de telemarketing home Office Salário de suporte: 500,00 Benefícios: instalação de internet na residência enquanto trabalha na vaga 50 reais por venda de plano ( a internet deles não tem muito boa reputação) 6x1 das 10:00 às 17:00 E DETALHE: PAGAMENTO POR PIX
É isso kkkk ninguém gostou da vaga e foi todo mundo embora.

did anyone else experience this with autistic children (or non autistic children)? face looks almost concerned while doing it, like a frown with open mouth, but it’s mostly when the child is excited. it has been that way since they were a baby, but they’re 3 now and still doing it. also looking for any advice on how to handle it / not handle it. if it is a way of stimming its obvious that it shouldn’t be corrected, yes? but other kids are making fun of it..
