Özel olarak bu tarz kimseler ile sohbet edince ilişkiler konusunda özel olarak lisede olmazsa hiç olmaz, deneyimsiz olduğum için hiç bir şey olmayacağını söylüyorlar ve yapacağım seks bu yaşlardaki gibi olmayacak 20 lerime ya da 30 larıma ulaştığım da ve artık hak vermeye başlıyorum gibi hissediyorum.
Biliyorum size aptalca ve ergence geliyor ama gerçekten bu düşünce beni rahatsız edip duruyor ve ne yapmam gerekiyor bilmiyorum, herhangi bir fikri olan var mı?

I had a zoom interview this evening and the HR asked me to send my transcripts, employment letter and proof of latest salary before the interview. They also asked me to fill up a form which included my HKID no.
I researched the company and email seems to be appropriate as well. So, I sent docs to them.
But in the interview was sooooo different than all the interviews I had. She starts asking about my HKID which is normal but it felt like she was going too much into the depth which I never experienced. Such as why my parents are here etc. How I got my HKPR, the process etc.
Then she starts going into every bullet points of my CV asking me questions about the values of the transaction, my team members, companies revenue, bosses name etc. I told her I am not comfortable sharing these details with her but I could explain in depth if we can have a meeting in her office.
In the past, I have explained about all this sort of things in the interview but it just felt sooooo fishy and dodgy from my gut feeling. So, I ended up the interview by cutting the call.
Is it normal? Was I just over reacting?

Fala pessoal, pergunta rápida. Fiz meu primeiro enem esse ano e acertei 73-90, depois refiz a prova de 2023 e fiquei com 68-90 (porém, as que errei foram RIDÍCULAS, acertei todas difíceis sem chute e errei um monte zoada por falta de atenção... como aquela tirinha dos poderes) - o ponto é - ainda acredito que minha média fique ali entre 70-75.
Alguem sabe como "romper" essa barreira pra chegar aos 80+? Fiz umas aulas no Ferretto de literatura e interpretação que acho que vão me dar mais alguns acertos. Parece ser bem difícil acertar 40+ em ling.
O povo que vai bem no primeiro dia, tem alguma dica? To com a prova de 2022 aqui, tudo dando certo faço ela mais tarde e volto pra dar o resultado, visto que dei uma estudada legal nesses últimos dias que podem dar uma ajuda.

In England for reference.
I have been working for a mid-sized clothing retailer for just under two years (21 months). I was previously in a customer service role, which was made redundant. I applied for an internal role and was redeployed into a marketing position. Yesterday I was told that my trial period would be ending this Friday (tomorrow) and I had not passed.
This is suspicious to me for a couple of reasons.
On 14/11, I had a one-to-one with my manager to discuss progression/the trial period. I was told that my trial period had been extended (bringing it to this coming Friday, it was originally earlier than that) due to slightly high sickness rates. I've had about 6 days off since starting this role.
Manager did say, however, that they were not worried that the trial period was extended because, as far as they were concerned, I had passed. I understand this might not have been an official verdict, but it strongly indicates I was not performing poorly, and in fact they expressed that I had been improving a lot after some unexpected changes to the team (two other members quit on the same day).
Regarding my sickness, I explained that I am immunocompromised due to medication I take, and apologised for any impact it had. This was not the first time I mentioned it to my manager, and I had made it clear to my previous manager in the customer service role as well. On this occasion, my manager expressed understanding and support, and asked me for a write up explaining how being immunocompromised effects me and my working life and asking if there were any suggestions I could make that would help both me and the team work around this better. I did so, and would be happy to clarify my explanation and suggestions if that would be helpful. I strongly feel they were reasonable, and that I was just presenting them, as requested, as suggestions, not demands or anything like that.
Then, within a couple weeks, I am told that I had not passed my trial period and my employment was being terminated, with two days notice. When asked why, the reason cited was that I did not have enough skills/experience in marketing - something that they new from hiring, adjusted the role to make it a junior role to reflect this, and had never been brought up in performance reviews beyond being something that they l "wanted to support my progression" with.
It's therefore my belief that I was actually dismissed due to being immunocompromised and their concerns that I would be ill more often than other employees. Do I have anything to stand on? Does it even count as unfair dismissal?

Hey I was trying to play "Spray Paint" by SheriffTaco earlier and I clicked on the game and the play button had been replaced with text saying "This experience is not accessible due to age restrictions." I had checked the games restrictions I couldnt see a age but the new maturity ratings Roblox had made was set to "Moderate" which in my settings I can play games with moderate ratings or below. My age settings also are set that I can play everything as long as it is not 17+. I have spent robux on the game and if I cant play it I atleast hope to get a refund. I will post some screenshots of the game page and my age setting stuff. (I dont know what flair to set this as so I set as game bug.) (Btw I also use RoPro for that background)

Para piorar, quando pensei que ia sair o despacho, veio essa revisão da recomendação, que pelo o que eu andei vendo, não é nem um pouco comum. Pelo o que tenho observado todo mundo que submete proposta passa por esse mini inferno que é ter que esperar o despacho e se questionar se o currículo acadêmico e escolar estão bons o suficiente. Alguém por acaso já passou por situação semelhante? sinceramente estou sentindo que vai ser denegado, mesmo com 5 ICs, 1 artigo A1 (como colaborador), 0 reprovações (porem umas 6 notas baixas e 3 trancamentos), 5 extensões e 1 monitoria de graduação, 1 monitoria em imersão científica por um centro e participação em um programa num outro centro de pesquisa. Sei que para CNPq/CAPES isso tá mais do que excelente, mas para a FAPESP, tenho minhas dúvidas, rs.
