So I wanna preface this by saying I love my uncle so much. Like im not mad at him, I just hate his stupid dog.
So basically im staying at my grandmas house for thanksgiving and my uncle lives with her. He has this massive pitbull that’s like dark brown and easily like 2 1/2 feet tall on 4 legs, if she were to lay down I think she would be the size of a 5th grader give or take. She barks a lot, specifically she always barks at me no matter what I do. When I want to leave the bedroom im staying in to go to the bathroom if she’s not locked in another room I have to be escorted or someone has to go distract her and basically hold her down. it has to be someone who she likes, either my aunt, her owner, or my grandma. They keep saying as long as they hold her back she won’t hurt me. When I complain about how she always barks at me and tries to run towards me, my mom says it’s fine because her tail is wagging so she loves me. It really is just crazy how this dog can go from sitting calmly to freaking out when I walk in, and she’s an old dog (10, about to be 11) and they’re supposed to be chill. I’m worried for the cat they have too. He’s rude but I love him and I hope that pit doesn’t hurt him.
This post isn’t really very interesting I just wanted to vent about how much this dog is scaring me when I really want to enjoy thanksgiving. I figured this would be the place for that. Bye.

Hi
I am quite new to TV. I wondered if there is a good way to identify stocks that are squeezing up in price, ideally during pre-market. I am playing around with "pre market Chg %" and "pre-market Vol" columns. I have one screener where I sort by "pre market Chg %" and another sorted by "pre-market Vol".
I also notices that there is a filter "pre-market high" but to be honest I am not entirely sure if that would work and how to use it.
Does someone has experience with this and maybe figured out a way or filter setup to identify price squeezes as fast as possible?

Those of you who achieved your goal weight, or are close, did you ever struggle with this? With Not Believing that your body can exist at your goal weight. Like i see these people who have lost more than 80 pounds calorie counting, and they have lost fat on their hands, wrists and fingers and i think to myself i can never lose that much weight.
I somehow feel like i will always be about 10 kgs overweight at best. Idk. My ideal weight is somewhere between 55 to 60 kgs, but i haven't been below 64 kgs since first year of highschool.
I don't think it's possible for me. And i know about the science behind weightloss, but i somehow feel like my medical conditions (pcos, lipedema) will prevent me from ever achieving my goal weight. It's odd.
I want to know if anyone has felt this and was proved wrong in their journey.

Just starting out my SMMA facebook ad agency, I'm super confident in my ability to deliver results - I've done as much hard work on it as I can, I just need the chance to prove.
Thought I had it, but when the client asked for some proof of past results I didn't have anything to show and the deal fell through.
A simple screenshot would have sufficed and I would have closed.
Anybody else experience something like this?
Really bummed.

I've played on console my whole life, but now that I got a job, I'm saving up to buy a pc, so I'm a bit new, and also on a budget (600$-700$, 800$ if I REAALLY need to). I plan on playing mostly singleplayer games, working(nothing too fancy really), and modding older games(skyrim, fallout, dragon age, etc) Good to note that I'm coming from console, so I'm really used to 60 being "a lot", so I don't really need any big fps.

2024.11.28 14:53 mareDonut Do officer talents not scale with resolve?
So im testing things out and tried just an obvious resolve-stacking build with officer + tactician. Main reason for that was officer talents that by description must give me tremendous bonuses if im just stay afk for a few rounds and stack enough resolve in the process. Im talking about "Focus!" talent (resolve/2 to perception and ballistic) and "Blood of Martyrs" (resolve to temporary wounds).
So right now im sitting at 95 resolve (after 3 rounds of using "Linchpin" and "Fervour" on myself) but "Focus!" talent only giving me +5 to perception and ballistic (both in description and on practice) and "Blood of Martyrs" giving me only 12 wounds. My dissapointment is immeasurable and i cant understand whats going on. Is this talents have some hidden hardcap to their bonuses that i cant overcome anyhow? Do they bugged? Or do they scale only from my base resolve and ignore current value?
Additional layer of confusion added by my "Air of Authority" skill that is scaling from my current resolve perfectly fine. Can anyone clarify for me whats going on with all this wild numbers?

So far we have had an extra oculus. The description of every oculus states that it's a substance that accumulated intense elemental energy. So what if that after exploring through each Nation and maybe khanreiah we will fight the heavenly principles. And maybe just maybe we can use the extra oculuses to either gain back our full power or be able to switch elements at will.
