M31, 190 LB., work out 4-5 days a week in pretty good shape. Don’t drink, smoke etc.
I’m prescribed to Qulipta for migraines and Adderall IR 15mg 2x for my OCD/ADD.
I also take a 5mg Melatonin gummy at night to go to sleep. I have no issue falling asleep, it’s staying asleep without the paralysis interruption.
I’ve had sleep paralysis for as long as I can remember. It happens more often if I fall asleep on my back. I’ll wake up and can hear my fan going, but I can’t move and to “wake up” I have to hold my breath and build up this energy to twitch myself awake and after a couple build-ups I can wake up.
The same happens if I try to take a nap. It’s just a constant state of that feeling when you fall asleep in class or something and your body is constantly trying to twitch itself awake.
If I fall asleep on my side, I don’t get it as much.
Do I need a sleep study? I try reading online and there’s just not a ton to do about it. Or if any Docs on here have dealt with it etc.

I’m loving US Mobile this morning!
I had been a long time Verizon customer in Kansas. And I got tired of paying the high prices, and switched to AT&T. The kids all moved out , and it is just my wife and I. AT&T was good, as were the discounts. It was the basic unlimited plan with no premium data. We have AT&T fiber, and the wireless deal was pretty good. But I was ready to go with an annual plan. Chasing the savings.
While “ over analyzing “ the options, I found US Mobile here on Reddit. And I spent two months reading through the posts. The good and the bad. Over analyzing. I’m the techie in the family, and my wife just wants stuff to work. Be bullet proof.
We finally pulled the trigger this week. We ported our brand new iPhones (we buy direct from Apple) to annual plans. Warp. And got our Apple watches connected. A couple of small, self inflicted hiccups (I accidentally deleted an esim after getting it working).
The tech support has been fantastic. The speeds on Warp have been terrific. And we are saving money while getting prioritized data now.
A Black Friday deal might have been nice. But it doesn’t matter. I’m happy. And even more important, my wife is happy. The stuff just works.
Hopefully this helps someone else who is on the fence make the move. Happy Thanksgiving to everyone.

I am a 3rd year college student with too deep problems for me to handle myself. First thing i am not good with paras so pls bear with me . Now, my father left us me and my mother as he doesnt want to pay for our bills his side of family is putting oil in fire and making him stay at a different place on rent so we cant contact him. He has filled for divorce but my mother obviously rejects the papers everytime someone shows up to give it to her on door. Now i am living away from house in hostel. But these things are kinda a common thing cuz same thing happened like 6 months ago and few years back as well. Mom always have to like apologies for even doing nothing wrong from him.His entire side says bad things to my mother and her side. But then he comes back and now he left again. I have literally zero friends group in college only few random people i talk here and there for academics and no one else. How should i deal with it.If this isnt the right place forgive me . Thought this reddit is ok for help.

I’m currently sitting at 90% with 94 being my actual percentage. I just got my higher level back and all three claims were denied. The claims were for service connection to tinnitus, psuedofolliculitis barbae, and an increase from 0 for chronic sinusitis. For tinnitus the favorable findings were that I was a forward observer in the army and now still currently EOD in the Air Force reserves, but the letter pretty much says I never made any complaints in regards to my hearing while I was in. The psuedofolliculitis was denied because there was only one instance in my service record because being in combat arms it was looked down upon to having a shaving profile so I never really went to the doctor. I did however recently go get a 5 year shaving profile with different prescriptions and that states psuedofolliculitis and resubmitted a supplemental claim for it. I also tried to increase my sinusitis from 0% but the letter stated that since I had the surgery my symptoms got better. It also said that since I haven’t gone to the doctor for it I’m not warranted an increase.
